n November, my nearly 15 year old shih tzu had suddenly taken ill, and the kind folks here told us to come in right away. My dog died in my arms as we pulled into the parking lot. Both the sig-oth and I were total, blubbering wrecks. They showed us the most compassionate kindness, respected our privacy, gave us the time we needed to grieve, and did not take advantage of our compromised emotional state.
