We stumbled upon this place while walking around checking out the downtown Norfolk area. Used Trip Advisor on my business trip to Norfolk which lead me to Luce. Great food and service. Ordered the pan seared Shrimp with tomatoes over Spinach fettucini with Xtra garlic. It was fantastic! Our quick dinner at a new (to us) restaurant in Norfolk provides a pleasant surprise with an excellent meal and good happy hour wines and wine prices.

Small but powerful, Luce has been amazing my wife and I over the years. This place is a joke. I was the designated driver and following a bunch of my friends around (mainly females and 2 males). We were walking from another bar and I ended up waiting outside with one of the males (he's finishing up a cigarette) while everyone else went in before last call. My time at Time has been a fine time every time. The good looking young man checking ID?s at the door, friendly, patient, and thank goodness, a sense of humor.
