Well.....ummm where do I start? My daughter cleans homes for A LIVING and her ONLY wish for Christmas was a '' HOOVER Porta vac....so NOT KNOWING what I was getting into to....the sales lady was REALLY GOOD.....as a matter of fact when i told her what I was looking for...she told me Hoover was not as good as the one they carry as far as warranty and the overall performance of the vacuum....theirs was much better, long story short....she was so good at her job that.....she talked convinced me for a better word to go ahead with the purchase. so $ 190.00 LATER as in not even three weeks...my...

I could not find a belt for my simplicity vac anywhere, they had it in stock and offered to give it a free check up!. The employee was very nice and attentive.
I am going to get my daughter a sewing machine there.
