I picked up a soup and juice today and loved both. The soup was perfect! I love soup but get tired of canned. There is not any where to get soup to go on the Outer Banks unless you call a restaurant and get take out or drive all the way to Fresh Market for premade soup. Also my juice...

The people that own this place were great and very friendly. It is a bit outrageous to pay what they are asking for a salad though. They don't have anything that really makes a statement that could justify the price. Very cool concept though and if they came down in price, I would try it again.

The Salad Bowl is great for a heathly meal whether it is for a breakfast smoothie, a wrap for lunch or soup and salad for dinner. We kept returning and had them all. Love this new addition to Kitty Hawk. Fresh salads, wraps and smoothies. Fair prices and quick friendly service.. We each ordered custom salads with their delicious dressings and ate at the picnic table outside. We will be back!

We ate here two days in a row while on vacation in Kitty Hawk. The owners were so friendly and upbeat and the food was delicious. They had a wide variety of very fresh, tasty ingredients for make your own salad and unique homemade dressings.

Fresh ingredients and great service. All dressings are made in house and are fantastic! You can even make your salad into a wrap if you're like me and like to eat with your hands. They even have ice cream and organic frozen yogurt for desert.
