Customer service sucks! no one is willing to help you. No one even cracks a smile. Attn managers: train your staff! Dear patrons, don't shop here. Go to Lowes next door. It is waaay better!

Beware of tool rental, rented a paint sprayer for 1 1/2 job. Had to work on it at least 2 hours to keep it running. Called store twice and was told just beat on it to keep it running, had to have one person sit next to it and tap it while other sprayed the paint. The counter guy told us he doesn't even know why they rent them they never work. The manager took it in back room and worked on it...

Terrible customer service. I waited for 45 mins to get any help. When I finally got someone to talk to me, he was rude and told me there was nothing he could do. So, i went next door to Lowe's and they were glad to help me remodel my 3 bathrooms.

The worst service I have ever received from Home Depot. You have truly lost a customer. I went into your store to make a purchase of over a grand for some shingles. You have have sign up as the sale ends today (June 30th) saying buy one pallet get 15% off. However, that is not true. Since 48 packs come in a pallet you all discount them, but no where on that sign does it say it does not apply to...

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. This place is terrible. I left because I couldn't find help to get a rather heavy item off the top shelf. I asked an associate for an item and she said the item was not available without checking. I will not be returning to this store.

Very happy with staff.There's a guy there that walked around with me and made recommendations on how to do stuff.He actually knew what he was talking about.Also they are reasonable with returns.Competitively priced.The traffic circle makes it easier to get back to Battlefield Blvd safely.

I'm the store manager of the Battlefield location Home Depot. To all the ladies it is a ladies night again October 17 at 6:30 we will be giving prizes ,raffles and gifts away all night long, have a great time at the battlefield location. This store has everything!If they don't have it in the store, it's probably online.Ship it to your home or to the store.Some things have a shipping charge if sent to your home, but free shipping if you send it to the store.Yay!

It depends on when you go. Sometimes when I go, I get the most helpful people ever. They bend over backwards and give me their full attention. Other times I go, and they try to not make eye contact and I can never find anybody to help me.
