To the jackass that cut my 4x8 today, maybe next time it would be a better idea to take your tape measure out instead of eyeballing it. Now I have 4 sections that were meant to be a stack that aren't the same size. @thehomedepot I am not impressed with your installation team in the Twin Cities. I was promised an install between 8-10 this morning and after multiple phone calls to the center and the job foreman I was now informed it was not going to happen today. Even though I was told they will be there in 15 minutes. I would like this fixed today.

Two appointments for carpet measurement and they cancelled each time same day it was supposed to happen. That means two days off work and them not coming. Call store and talk to manager he says its a desperate part of company nothing he can do. Unbelievable. Never use their service. Aweful.

The paint department personnel could by nicer, i.e. they must have taken their grumpy pill. At final check out I realized we didn't get any paint sticks, when I informed the gal checking us out she said she was sorry. So I prompted her with, "well I need them. Terrible customer service, Asked for directions to locate items and were told to just walk around until we found it. when we did flag someone down to help us, they were offended that we asked for help and had bad attitudes. They suck here.

As a smaller format store, the Chaska location doesn't carry the full inventory of a "full" Home Depot. As such there's occasionally an item that I have to get at Lowe's, Menard's, or a different location.
