Stay away!!! This place is horrible. The noise is crazy. They play their music all hours of the night. I just could not wait to get from here. The parking is horrible, people always park in your space and then get an attitude with you. The staff is ok they just dont handle stressful situations very well. my recommendation is do not live at this trashy, noise place.

I have lived in the Heritage for 2 years and I love it. The Rent is super affordable and the staff here is so nice.My one bedroom is cute, and just enough for me I call it "Whitney's Place"

I love my apartment, its a luxury style apartment fully equipped with updated and nice applices. The maintence staff are great, and very timely. The office staff is very professional. I love these apartments very beautiful and well maintained. The office staff is awesome and they are always so nice and get what needs to be done, if i have matence issues they are done that day. I LOVE IT HERE!!!
I have been at the heritage almost a year the office staff is always helpful maintenance is quick to respond on the weekends there is a little noise but most of the time its quiet there is a courtesy patrol every night im very close to great bars so i dont have to drive there is always something good going on planning on being here for awhile
These apartments are nice! Very nice. We thought as a family they would be great and we were wrong. Loud nasty college students and dumb management that cant even function themselves! Ok, if you dont need quiet, parking or attentive staff!

The Heritage was my last stop in apartment hunting when I moved to Virginia last month. I see now that the best was saved for last. It wasn't what I expected, it was better! From the awesome staff, to it's perfect location and reasonable pricing, I am pleased to call The Heritage at Settlers Landing "Home".
Stay away from these apartments. The equipment in the fitness center is broke and college students are loud. The staff are unprofessional.

do not rent here – the front office staff is extremely incompetent. they tell you things will be taken care of and then don't follow through with their promises. there are spiders in the stair wells and nothing is being done about it (they are now moving into apartments). there is only one person on the maintenance staff so if when he's not here, there is no one to fix issues with your apartment. i have put in 5 complaints about my dishwasher being broken over the last 3 months and it has yet to be fixed. they allow college students to gag all over the walk ways and stairs, leave beer cans...
