We were travelling north from the Boston area to Vermont, using Highway 89. We needed a stop, and we pulled off to Warner because we could see it was a simple loop back onto the highway.

The food at the Foothills is average at best. I am a waitress at an extremely busy breakfast restaurant, and I was disappointed by the service is this extremely small dining establishment. We love coming here for the food and good people! Get the giant cinnamon bun to share before your meal (just trust me!) It's in a great location, cute main street with wonderful little shops nearby. Summer Farmers Market is Saturday mornings, so we usually hit that on the way out : )

The food is delicious! Well made, fresh, & a unique menu. The homemade bread toast is to die for, I especially like the cinnamon raisin. Service is good. No credit cards or debits accepted, so make sure you have cash....there are ATMs nearby. The only downside is that it is so good that on weekends there's often a long wait....

Great stop off Route 89 with breakfast all day long. Fresh and tasty with many healthy options. The eggs and breads and pancakes all delicious. Reasonable portions, clean and friendly. They close for the day promptly at 2 so arrive by 1:15 if you expect to get lunch.

The Foot Hills is just a great family owned local restaurant with friendly service and scrumptious home cooking. A nice detour from Interstate 89 that is not out of the way at all and well worth the visit. The decor is very cute in a country, homey way and they also sell fresh baked bread, muffins, cookies and cinnamon rolls.
