Try the appetizer simply called "Bean." Spectacular in it simplicity and great taste. The main courses are the excellent. Try the fish. Beware, this is one place when you ask for hot it comes HOT. I've been to many thai restaurants and have experienced good and bad meals but this restaurant is well above that. The day we visited the regular chef was out so the assistant stepped up and prepared a wonderful meal. Just that says a lot about a place.
The Thai female waitress or possible owner was so rude. She even gave a hard time for asking for extra plates to share a meal with my kids. She got my order wrong and gave us horrible looks ! If you are staying at any of inn boycott her rudeness and okay Thai food !

Thai Pot is a small main street restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere and good service. Pad Thai and Curry were excellent, but the tiny portions leave you hungry after dinner. We decended on this restaurant as a large group (14) and they worked hard to accommodate us . . . the food was good, the prices reasonable and there was even Friday evening entertainment. No complaints; relaxing and fun!

Early arrival - 5 PM on a Friday. Appetizer, wine, 2 entrees, and dessert (sticky rice with mango) were freshly prepared and excellent in our opinion. Boyfriend and I enjoy Thai frequently and found this restaurant to be a gem.

We come from a metropolitan area with excellent Thai restaurants and this restaurant in the Northern Neck can hold its own. There was a suggestion online that this restaurant had closed, but we telephoned the day before and they were in business.

Sat night. 8:15pm. One waiter. Other table actually joking about the terrible service. Someone from the bar got up and took 1 table's check to back. A customer. It is nice to have a Thai restuarant on the Northern Neck, but it doesn't stand up to those in more metropolitan areas. Food is pretty good, but small portions and it's definately more expensive than better Thai restuarants we've been to. None the less, if you've got a hankering for Thai, it tastes pretty good.
