This place sucks! A worker stated "don't be cheap" to me. She also said "you should stop spending money on food and buy proper hair care". She basically said my family is fat in front of my kids....

Joan gives great hair cuts. Both my daughters went there and they were so happy with the cuts she gave them. She's the best!

You call up and they tell you it is no wait so you go right down and find out they just tell you that to get you in and there actually is a long wait. Integrity means nothing here.

I don't use the UPS store that often but when I do and Kristen is there she makes the experience worth while.The rest of the employees are quite helpful I would recommend this store highly

I went to the long beach store and got a cut from the short girl, Estephany. She was friendly and welcoming. She did an overall good job and I was satisfied. Would go back to her for sure for my next cut.

went back last week as i was due for a cut and color..actually i was due in november but due to sandy i had to wait..they did a good job of cleaning up their long beach location and it was good...

I went in to the Long Beach Supercuts to get a trim and blowout. My hair was fairly long because I have been trying to grow it out for months. I asked the woman who cut my hair to trim about an inch and a half to an inch of and specifically mentioned that I am trying to grow it--I EVEN SHOWED HER HOW MUCH TO CUT WITH MY HANDS--she proceeded to chop off almost three inches in the back and over...
