The rate was cheap and the room was very clean. The bed was comforting and slept very well. The room was neat and clean. For under $40, I was very impressed.

This was a last minute decision to stay the night and not out normal caliber of hotel. But it was clean and convenient to everything. The outside needs some work and the linens need to be newer. But a great one night stay. The staff were nice too.
The beds were hard, pillows flat, room stunk of cat urine. The staff had to come and give us room freshener for carpet and odor eliminator and the nice gentleman came down and stated that yes the room did smell like cat pee. (who would bring a cat on vacation?) The towels were stained. Bathtub cracked and faucet handles were...
A clean ,good , inexpensive Motel convenient to all of Williamsburg . Turn right you go to the Visitors Center .You Turn left you get to Duke of Gloucester St . They even have a free breakfast . Recommend it to all
This is a clean and affordable hotel to stay at and it was convenient for our trip to Busch gardens. It's great for a one night stay and the staff was friendly. The downs were being able to hear everything going on upstairs and outside. The stairs are very squeaky. The walls seem kinda thin and the wifi worked terribly...
Hotel is older, but close to old city and colonial parkway entrance is less than a block away. CLEAN rooms and great rates. $45 a night no frills but clean and quiet.fridge and microwave included and continental breakfast
My wife and I stayed one night on the way to VA Beach. We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was a plus.
The hotel was good but we had a terrible experience and coukdnt sleep at all during night because of the family staying in the room above ours. The parents put the kids in a separate room and had no idea what they did to us all night. They were jumping, throwing things on the floors and basically didn't let us...
Breakfast was ok. used lots of ready made stuff not good for health. Customer service was excellent.
Room was nice, for the most part we were able to Park outside our room
as requested
The tap in the sink, didn't bother me though that I had to Reach
underneat to put the plug in place to shave then to drain, I was going
to fix it but it's missing it's connector so I wasn't the
first to use it and maybe somebody had alredy mention it and the wheels
were turning and just hadn't got there yet
Very friendly staff. Value for the money.
You get what you pay for. Really nothing to complain about.
I like that it was close to everything and I had to get three rooms, so the price was right.
But you get what you pay for. In one room the microwave did not work. In two rooms we had to ask for toilet paper and was asked if we were stealing it. I never smelled any cleaner. I think all they did was make the bed and change the towels. They had a young male clean our room. I know they didn't...
The price was good for a one night trip.
The TV was old and the remote did not work. The breakfast was bad. Too many people and not enough food or area to eat. The desk clerk was trying to put out a little while working the desk.
close vicinity to Busch Gardens, Water Country
smell in room, dingy bathroom
exelente la antencion su limpieza y ubicacion.
It is located very conviently to colonial Williamsburg and Busch
Gardens. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
It would be nice to have a plunger in every room just because you never
know when the toilet will get stopped up. (Just a suggestion)
The price combined with the quality of the room and location for Colonial Williamsburg and Newport News
The breakfast fit the cost, but the third morning there were not even any bananas/other fruit.
Our room was very clean. The price that we paid was very good and we are on a budget.
They did not have eveything for the breakfast as advertised.
I liked the location. It had a really nice pool. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean.
The one thing I didn't like was that the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable.
nothing
there are several flies in the hotel
Proximity to Colonial Wmsbrg. And well informed staff.
Everything was great.
It was budget and pet friendly
The floors were dirty and the tub needs to be replaced
VERY reasonable price and location was great. Nice pool and huge deck area.
Black chic at check in acted as though I was bugging her. Very rude. Said they had WiFi. Horrible WiFi.
Short distance to Williamsburg.
Friendly staff.
Clean room.
The pool was not clean enough to venture into.
Rooms have fridge and Mircowave etc Bfast is many cereal and Coffee with some other things, which is fine by me. Nice Mexican restaurant next door.
Rooms are old and need some repair
De ligging. Het ontbijt.
Internet verbinding te zwak. Muren nogal dun, geluiden te horen van andere kamer.
Close to Williamsburg and room is clean.
None
Room smelled horribly. Phone did not work. Tv had no antenna so you had
to watch a snowy picture. The bed felt like you were sleeping on
plywood. The staff feigned ignorance about phone and tv. We switched
hotels finding one for $10 more but 10 times nicer. Breakfast was eggo
waffles and dry pastries. This was truly an awful place to stay.
Every ting
convenient location and staff
Television cable reception poor and bed was uncomfortable
The price!
Great value! The room was half as expensive as other similar hotels. The room was clean and decent. We've stayed in similar hotels in the area for about twice the price, but they were not twice as better. We will try to stay here for our future trips to Williamsburg. You can't beat the price and have a decent, clean room.
Pillows were not comfortable...synthetic material, that was hot.
I really liked everything
Dogs need to b kept on leashes
Price Maid staff did provide clean towels and made up the beds.
1. Front Office was the first give away of the unkempt appearance: a)
dead plants, b) dirty floors, c) dirty windows/door, and more.
2. Holes in bed covers.
3. Lightbulb missing.
4. Floor was dirty.
5. Pillows so thin using two was thick enough for one.
6. Mattress uncomfortable.
7. Dresser/chest; one drawer was off...
Price and location (provided you have a car)
close to what we wanted to see
Didn't have enough towels, the second day didn't have any coffee had to go to office and get some, they never vacumed the floors
Lady at front desk was very helpful in changing out smoking room to non
smoking. She advised that if booked thru bookingcom, must specify which
I did not know.
Started out with smoking room, did not know needed to specify
The room was everything the a normal hotel could be..
The only thing that I would have liked some super 8's do is give you a call to see if you need anymore pillows and if we needed anything.
The bathroom was clean.
The air conditioner was incredibly loud all night and randomly when it
kicked it. We were on the first floor and could hear everything that
happened upstairs and outside the door. The sheets and blankets on the
bed had holes worn in them.
They had cable tv!!!
The customer service wasnt very good! In person or over the phone!! The
beds were worn out, me and my wife heard police sirens all night, and
theres no way to get a good room temperature!!! The walls are so thin we
heard everything from upstairs, next door and a few rooms away!!! And
honestly...the smell when you walk outside was like being at a trash
dump! I will never...
Location to area attractions, cleanliness, well maintained pool and grounds,
Internet service was unavailable first 3 days of our stay.
Better than expected for the price
Breakfast was sparse, but reasonable considering the price
the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was really great
The location was so close and convenient to everything without being
congested in a high tourist area. There were restaurants, grocery store
and gas stations within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel was
clean, staff were extremely polite, ample parking and a pool with sun
deck. Quiet location, I wad a solo traveler and I felt safe staying
there. Close to Colonial Williamsburg, Busch...
Room was clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was simple but sufficient.
Very friendly staff
The structure is on average with other motel8 where...
Close to Busch Gardens Price
Check-in Staff was unfriendly & impatient
When asking where our room was, was told right behind her, ended up being a longer walk, a figure it out on your own situation
At the Williamsburg Va Super 8 the Continetal breakfast was poor. Only Coffee and small doughnuts. Not like other Super 8's we have stayed in.
Good location to Busch Gardens and Williamsburg attractions. The room was clean enough.
Desk attendant was not very friendly and the key to our door was unreliable - most of the time we had to walk to the office and wait for someone to let us into our room.
Clean and well furbished....iron, ironing board, microwave, refer, clock....and a more than adequate Continental breakfast.
We asked for 2 'no smoking' rooms and one smelled horribly like cigarettes.
Everything was very nice.
Well people been loud at night.
Nette kamer met bankje en burostoel. Ijskast.
Nergens contactdoos voor loshangend snoer van rechterbedlamp.Kan dus nooit branden en heeft dus ook nooit gebrand.
Toilet zeer vies. Bruine aanslag onder de randen toilet. Geen wc-eend?
The price
Bed not that comfortable; couldn't have blinds/curtains open for
sunlight without walkersby seeing directly into the room. 2 of 3 vanity
lights in the bathroom were not working.
Friendly helpful staff and great location for Colonial Williamsburg
Nothing
Budget
The pool was Green and the lighting in one of the rooms was falling off the wall. Also there was a smell in the rooms.
It was close to everything. No bed bugs!
Staff wasn't real friendly, noisy air conditioner and bathroom sink drained very slowly.
The bed was comfy, there was a fridge so i could have some beverages there. There was a nice mexican restaurant right next to the motel.
The pet fee
The location was excellent and not loud with a lot of traffic.
The king sized bed was well worn.
