I really would like to know what happened to SunTan City (now Palm Tan or something) and the hundreds of dollars in tanning points I purchased converted into minimum "sessions".... How my contract and points changed without my permission or knowledge? Seems a bit illegal. Staff is still great!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I seriously got pushed to the side while she waited on 10 people That came in after me and tried like hell to upgrade sales. Horrible customer service!

Just walked out. One girl working a sale real hard while I waited and another woman walked in and waited. Meanwhile another employee was bouncing around cleaning beds instead of taking care of what is now a line. Going back to the Midlo location - better customer service.

The girls are very friendly! And they are very informative about the tanning beds and were very eager and willing to help me with any questions I had. And they made sure to inform me about all of the specials they were running ! Love this place !

Beds are amazing for getting a tan and quick ! All the tanning consultants are training to help you with everything and anything you need to have a flawless tan! ❤️ The girls are also sweet and treat all there clients like one big family!

Abby & Arianne were absolutely AMAZING! They were very welcoming & they explained every bed, way to tan, & prices. They were very outgoing! This experience was BY FAR the best I've had so far!

Well for one thing they need to update their website hours because when driving a long distance to get here and then you realize they're closed it kind of makes you mad.the website says they stay open till 10 on Sundays and I'm here at 830 and of course they're closed. also the girls that work in here are really rude extremely unpersonable, clearly need some help with customer service skills!

The prices here are average for a tanning salon in the area, although they do frequently have good specials. This is a horrible website. If you click the colonial heights salon, it takes you to the midlothian salon. If you get to the colonial heights page and click website, it takes you to the old tan n time! All you want to know is the operating hours! $ for key tags and finger scanner but a low class non-user friendly website.

I too have had a charge of $49.50 taken from my account and it should have only been $5.00. This charge caused my account to overdraw. I spoke with someone and they stated that my account had been reactivated, how did that happen when I did not do it. It will take up to 14 days for my money to be returned. I have cancelled this account and informed them that I will not be using there services....

My acct is currently frozen and $5 should be deducted from my acct each month. I checked my bank statement and found that $27.45 was deducted. I called and after getting placed on hold several times, I was told I had to fax my bank statement in for review!?
