As usual my service was fantastic. Little frustrated, I had my appointment changed from Saturday morning to Friday night. When they changed my appointment, they did not schedule everything so I have another appointment. They did not realize I had booked 2 service back to back. I should have been more specific when I changed my appointment.

I was very pleased with the job Courtney did on my mani and pedi. She did AWESOME! I have a regular place I go to though had a gift certificate that I wanted to use before it expired. I was very taken back on the total cost of the services and the amount of the additional amount I needed to pay.

Sumatra was a wonderful experience. In preparation for the birth of my son, I went to Sumatra. I pampered myself with multiple services and also brought my mom along. She has dementia so the technicians needed to treat her with special care. They generously took their time with her and never became frustrated with the symptoms of her disease. Belinda has styled my hair for ten years. She is truly a gifted artist. I can go to bed with wet hair and wake up with beautiful hair after she's cut it. She's just magical with layers. Belinda has colored my hair as well and when I told her I wanted it to look natural with no "chunking" she did the most finely colored highlights I've seen. She really has a gift.

Always looking for a new place to pamper myself, and my friend swears by Sumatra, so I went with her the other weekend. It's gorgous in there - great atmosphere. Had a great mani/pedi and my friend says the massages are amazing too. Can't wait to go back and try for myself!

I was totally put off by Sumatra's lack of professionalism. I went there with my husband and the stylist was being inappropriate the entire time. She was saying to him all her detailed problems with her boyfriend and asking his advice, that she was going to ask if he wanted to go to a party if he wasn't married, asking him if guys in his profession CHEAT on their wives, if he has any cute friends and lastly telling him that she'll have to tell some other stylists that he's married because they'll be disappointed. It was last week when I came into Sumatra to recieve a sumatra package where I get the works done. My husband surpised me with a gift certificate for mothers day. There was a male massage therapist that was absolutely horrible. Paid for a hour massage and he only massaged me for 45 minutes. The place is beautiful but not worth the hassle. This was sometime ago, I hope he doesnt work there any more.

My children wanted to give me a gift certificate for a Bali Spa for Mother's Day. Since both the kids live out of town, it was important to them I receive the gift certificate on Mother's Day; they even paid an additional fee to have the certificate delivered on that particular Sunday.
