I took my Jeep Cherokee to Steve's Radiator around 2000 or 2001 and had very prompt, courteous and competent service.
A few days after the warrantee expired, the new radiator had a leak. I took it back, and the leak was found to be due to a manufacturing flaw (a coil was pinched).
The radiator was replaced with no charge for parts or labor. I asked who would take the loss, and I was told that the defective radiator would be returned to the manufacturer, and the manufacturer would be charged for the labor.
I have no complaints, and am looking at this site for contact info because I plan to get my heater core replaced now.
I will never go back to this shop, he is the most disrespectful person I have ever met and will overcharge you because he is a cheat. DO NOT GO

I took my truck to these people one day and was told it would be ready the next. It was not ready and was told the one person they have to repair a radiator was out sick and the owner decided he doesn't wanna work or stand by anything that is said by his employees. DO NOT go there if you have any other choice in the matter
Have taken my car to Steve's three times. Last year they found the problem and fixed it but I had to take it there twice for them to find it. This year I had the same problem and went back to them. They got the heat running in my car…
