Generally do not care about their patients. Most of reception staff is rude (except for 1 very helpful, caring person). You would think they would understand the importance of medication and dangers of missing it but when it takes over a week and 3 calls to find out that they can't or just won't help you is malpractice in my mind. I had only been a patient there for 7 years - well no more!

My husband has had State Farm Insurance with David Sisk since 2004 and never had any problems. The few times we have had to visit his office, the staff there has been very friendly and helpful.
