I have had Home owners insurance with Norrie Hoff for a few years now and have had no real issues. When I went to transfer my Car Insurance from one State Farm agent in another state to this one, I have had the worst luck. For a month now my Insurance has not been transferred at all. It was blamed that an issue with some computer c@!p was the cause of it and that it would be fixed in two days. Well I am now on a week and it is still not fixed. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY for anything. Found out what happened with my Insurance ordeal. When I went in to transfer my insurance on May 24th they started my application and messed with my payments on the 24th. From that day up until June 19th I figured things where in progress. When stated on the 19th of June there was a computer issue I accepted it and continued to wait. 25th of June found out that my insurance was not payed and the entire account information was incorrect. Seemed like they used my phone number as my acct number and some random bank that I do not bank with. After I went through the hassle to get another Agent to take my policies, Norrie Hoff agency submitted my application on that day with a post dating of May 24th... Now I am sitting here waiting for them to get my insurance so that it can be transferred to a different agent due to the p@!s poor service I have gotten with Norrie Hoff.
