I have been going to this gym for about a month now an it has been perfect. It's always clean, it's always open, and it's very close to tcc.

You can't go wrong with the hours - go in early before work, or later after the rush disperses, and the key card access is quick and easy. Never crowded and there's always open equipment, and there's plenty of Dumbbells and free weights to go around. Other members and trainers are all courteous and friendly. …

This gym is well equipped with all your weight lifting and cardio needs. It is always very clean and the owner is very personable, he remembers all of his members. He also gets equipment that his members ask for. If you're looking for a well equipped, friendly, clean and 24 hour gym then you have to join here!

This gym is amazing, friendly staff, clean facility, awesome equipment and very very welcoming. I've been to a lot of gyms in virginia beach and none stack up to this facility, I love this place, I highly recommend everyone to come try this place out!

Love this gym! Switched from Planet Fitness because of the convienence, better equipment, and never waiting for a machine or dumbbell. The owner and staff makes a point to know his/her members personally... A gym like no other!

Just joined! So far it's amazing! Way better than going to Planet Fitness!!! I can actually work out again and they have better equipment! The 24 hour private access is great, rarely people here late at night so I usually have the gym to myself.

This gym is fantastic and the 24/7 access is very convenient for anyone that has a weird schedule like mine. First time visiting stan's I ordered the meatloaf mashed potatoes medley. I was shocked, this was pretty good meatloaf. Service was good, friendly atmosophere/ bar service.I will be coming back

Went in because Mike Profit and Dana were playing. Enjoyed their app sampler and a burger. Everything was awesome! Staff was friendly and very on top of things.Don't let the courthouse scare ya from enjoying this place

Our dinner at Stan's was delicious...from home-style meatloaf and rib-sticking sides to lighter fare of salmon and veggies, all was just right. I particularly liked the mashed potatoes, and my husband raved over the fried okra. We recommend Stan's!

This place is the place to check out in town!! Brand new, great food, full bar, and a great stage with a line up of great live music! A big plus....I see is its going to be the greatest place to carry your party to after concerts at the Virginia Beach Amphitheatre. Its just around the corner!
