This place does an awesome job from start to finish. I live near pungo and do not hesitate to make the drive everytime to SSS Express to get my truck clean.The employees are very professional. And their rates are reasonable !
Best I've seen in Virginia. They have everything and do a nice job. No one else comes close.
I brought my car in for the best car wash(22.95) The first time that I brought my car in I had ask to make sure that my rims and tires get clean.
After they finish the car I drove to my work and redid one rim. So I called and told them that I just clean one rims and they ask me to bring it back and they would do the other three and they did. They told me to tell the clerk that met you at the entrace to make sure the tires get clean and so I did, once again the rims were not clean. Like a dummy I went back for the third time and express that my rims needed cleaning. They did make a better attemp this time but I still had to do over. Keep in mind I have tip them 5 dollars each time, So I looked at the manager and said that's it for me.I not wasting anymore time with them and nor I would recommend them to anybody.
I BELIEVE IF THEY WOULD JUST SO DOWN AND DO THE CAR WRIGHT, THEN I WOULDN'T MIND. THEY DID MY CAR IN 5 MINUTES. I WISH THAT I CAN MAKE 22.95 5 DOLLARS IN 5 MINUTES.

To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter because I am very dissatisfied with the service I received today. I went to get my 2006 Ford expedition detailed today. I ordered the super clean. I stated I want all carpets and seats clean from front to rear. I paid $157.00 expecting better than want I received. I waited for about 30 minutes for my vehicle I bought some Air freshener also. As my truck rolled out the garage I said to myself man it looks good. I picked up my little Boy whose currently 13 months. We went to receive our vehicle I tipped gentlemen $ 5.00. He inform me of leaving the window open as much as possible for about 8 hours so the carpets may dry properly. I said thank you very much I buckled my son in his car seat. I drove off. I drove directly home which took about ten minutes. As I took my son out the truck I look in the rear of my vehicle the third row seats were still dirty, I lifted up the second row seats there were still dirt and crumbs between and under the seats, the carpet in the third row was still dirty and stain so I thought to my self ok its not much so I decided to clean it my self but lord be hold has I lifted up my tailgate my rugs were in the back turned upside down just like I’ve been using it since I bought this vehicle in August of 2006, so the front of the rugs were never dirty but the rear were but they did not even attempt to clean them, so of course I sprayed it dawn and cleaned it myself along with every thing else I found still dirty; to include running boards, the inner rear bumper as lift the tailgate, the whole frame of the rear as I open the Glass and the tailgate itself, and last but not least the rims after rotating them I was able to see they were all still dirty with brake dust. It took me an hour to correct all the things I expected SSS Express Car Wash to do. I could have save my $157.00

This is what you get for being a faithful employee to Sss car wash, with no warning at all, they lay you off after 20 years, really don't know how they can sleep.
