Sadly disappointed in how poorly this Dunkin' Donuts is run. For some reason they were not open to walk ins, you can only mobile order and pick at the drive thru, even when the store is open to...

They were out of so many things. Out of frozen everything, and I tried to order 3 other drinks and they were out of that. Ridiculous!

Good plain donuts came out of freezer and cooked in special oven in the back room,but made with loving hands the fillings inside and extra frostings outside of the donuts by employee(s).

One doesn't have the highest expectations for a Dunkin' Donuts place expect for decent donuts. This was actually more than that. The staff moved people in and out with efficiency. I ordered two dozen mixed donuts, paid for my order and got prepared to wait....About the time I had found a place to sit, the order was ready! Obviously good management and good staff.

Worst Dunkin's coffee ever

Coffee was more water than coffee; tasted awful. Donuts did not really taste like Dunkin's and employees were very lackadaisical. We felt like we were bothering the employees by ordering something.

Perfect location, and great selection

With all of the over rated selections with the over priced options in Williamsburg, this is a nice relief!!! Service is always fast and the selections are always fresh (I am always there in the early am). Parking sometimes gets a bit harry, but clears...up quickly!

When we travel, we visit Dunkin Donuts for a treat. We went on a Sunday night, and they were not busy. The two clerks were seemingly distracted. Our order was wrong. The first thing I ordered was left out of our bag, which is what...I went there for in the first place. No big deal........except we were charged for it. That bothered us. We are DD addicts! This Dunkin Donuts had the freshest and bestest coffee in Williamsburg. Visited every night we were there. Always got the order right and didn't have to tell them 3 times how we wanted our coffee!!

It's your basic Dunkin Donuts - the employees are always friendly, food/drinks are the same as any other Dunkin Donuts - location isn't easy to turn out of unless you are turning right, but it is located near the Pirates Cove Miniature Golf course -...which is a plus for me.
