While the office, facilities and technology is excellent, Robert J ONeill falls far beneath that bar. His bedside manner is nonexistent while his arrogance and rudeness is off the chart. In a conversation with him regarding my mothers care, I asked him, can I interrupt you for second and his responde was no you cant, I will LET YOU KNOW WHEN YOU CAN TALK.
