This mall is pathetic, It does have all the basic stores if you need them but its not very clean and the crowd it attacks are intimidating and down right inconsiderate. The movie theater is awful. My husband and I saw a movie and had to leave halfway thru bc of teenagers being loud, answering cell phones and throwing popcorn. We told the staff who did nothing. Very disappointed

I really like Southpark Mall. It's not huge, but big enough for everything you need. The standard "anchor" stores - Macy's, JC Penney, Sears, and Dillard's. I recently stopped by Southpark Mall while I was visiting the Petersburg area. I only went to a few shoe stores and Macys. The Macys is very spacious and well stocked. This mall here is ghetto. Everyone is giving me dirty looks, or I'm disgusted by what's going on there. Good thing is that it seems like a lot of the girls here are interested in me there, but it doesn't make it a good experience if the local R&B celebrities visit there and girls are shrieking and crowding around them while trying to shop.
