James Im is a one of a kind guy. From the moment you are greeted walking in until his famous "see you tomorrow" line walking out, it's some of the best service around. He is a heck of an entertainer from grill tricks to magic tricks to karaoke and jokes. Ims soup and such is a Must for anyone that had never been!!

They have the best hibachi! Great food at a great price! Everyone who works there is very friendly! He's great with kids and has many games. I'm in my 20s and still play them!

Im's is a nice place - good hibachi / fresh food, nice portion size, not too expensive, and never too much oil. Haven't had the sushi. Usually, the chief is quite hysterical if the clientelle allows. Family owned/run.

Mr. James gives you food and a show for a killer, can't-be-beat price. The food is amazing, and every employee is curteous. IM's Grill is our family's favorite resturant. We have been going there for many years. James is a great Chef and entertainer. The food is delicious and so fresh and healthy. This is one of the best restarants in virginia beach for teppanyaki cooking, it is small out of the way and one of the best kept secrets in virgina beach. about this time last year james put the restarant through a make over and added a sushi bar and changed the name to sushi and such. it is still a great inexpensive place to watch your fod cooked right before your eyes.
