I heard about this place from a friend. Read all the good reviews and even drove past it a few times. Each time the place was packed!!! I've been a couple times now so here's my review. The food portions are huge, the place is clean even when it's packed. Never had a problem with the staff or my order being incorrect. The wow factor just hasn't hit me yet. In town visiting family and looking for some good seafood and we found Skrimp Shack online and gave it a try. Wonderful!! We had the crab sandwich, crab/shrimp po boy and the shrimp/catfish basket. One was better than the next. The portions were generous, food was hot, and people were very nice. Loved the sweet potato fries too and even got a box of fish to go. We will def make this a stop next...

Randomly saw this place during my lunch. I got the skrimp and fish basket w/ sweet potatoe fries and sweet tea. Sooo good! Got back to work and made everyone jealous. Looks like I'll be spending my cheat days here.

My first visit on 7-26-14. Highly recommend. I had the skrimp and fish basket and it was delish! I can't wait to go back...really want to try the lump crab sammich, please keep it on the menu!

Always delicious. My husband and I recently went to New Orleans and he was disappointed that the shrimp poboys in NoLa weren't as good as they are at skrimp shack!

Had the crab and shrimp po-boy. Very nice with the spicy sauce. Fries were just ok not great, but huge quantity. Coleslaw was fresh and tangy, great taste. Looking forward to trying the cobia sandwich next time, supposedly its fresh caught by local fishermen.

Had lunch here today in between ball games, the food is delicious, plentiful and presented as it's advertised.They are also reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and the dining area was very clean. My family and I well definitely be eating here again when we're in the area!! So glad I stumbled across this place online!

This place makes the best shrimp po-boy I have ever had.I love the fact that they give you your money's worth in seafood and the shrimp are cooked just right.My wife and I will be back many more times.

So friendly you almost don't notice how slow the service is. Had the shrimpPo boy and fries and it was really good, sauce is also flavorful, they put just enough sauce on the 'samwich', that the taste didn'tover power the shrimp. I'm excited go back to try the whiting. Maybe Friday isn't the best day to expect fast service at a seafood restaurant.

Just visiting from SC and stopped in to eat. Went back the second day to eat again. Shrimp Po boy, lobster roll, hush puppies. BEST I have ever eaten. Would probably eat there every day if I lived closer. YUM! Had to bring home some of the po boy sauce and used it on chicken wings. Making more tonight for dinner. The only thing missing is the friendly owners and staff. Ya'll come to SC please. :)

Greatest seafood restaurant I've ever been in. Unbelievable prices and portions. With their level of customer service added into it, they've raised the bar for customers expectations in the Hampton Roads area.
