Quickest, painless car buying process Ive ever experienced! Ive purchased many vehicles and visited quite a few dealerships(private sector and franchise) this was the best process by far! Agreeing on terms was the easiest and they went above and beyond to exceed my expectations! From a full tank of gas to even warantying a check engine light! Ive purchased brand new cars that didnt have that type of warranty coverage! 3 of my friends/shipmates all bought cars that evening and we were all in and out under 2 hours!!!! We all left with the same,great, homely feeling!!!!!! My salesperson still calls me once a week to check on us!! The relaxed, casual environment was awesome! Never played ps3 before while waiting on my car do get gassed up and detailed! This was the easiest time I had getting approved for a car. I had bad credit and had been to different dealers who gave me the run around about getting financed. I was referred to Ocean Auto Brokers through a friend who's credit was as bad, if not worse than mine, and he was approved for a very nice pick-up truck. Usually if you have bad credit you have few choices on getting a newer nicer car. I was very impressed with the quality of their cars. There was no haggling, or disappointment. I drove off the lot within an hour I might say, in a very nice Ford Explorer. Their staff was awesome, and didn't make me feel like I had to just take what I could get because of my credit. I was shopping around for a vehicle and came upon this gem of a dealership. This dealership is far from the commercialized franchises and has a much more individualized customer relations approach. From the time I walked in the door to the time I drove off in a beautiful Honda accord to even still calling on me today to check up on me, they where wonderful and I just want to thank them for the great experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! They sold me a car that they claim had no known mechanical issues. If I were to fix everything that was wrong with it (which includes a lot of MAJOR safety issues) it would cost me thousands of dollars . They hve claimed to fix a few of my problems but once i got the car back within a day the problems reappeared. The car cannot be aligned without doing over a thousad dollars worth of work to the suspension, it needs new cv axles and struts, a new bcm (which is about $1800) new window motors, heat and ac do not work, the headlights have something wrong with them...
