They had great deals and were very friendly they are all up and down the beach so they were convenient no matter where you happen to be on the beach I loved it.

According to my kid, the "lifeguard" shirts and hoodies are VERY popular. Sunsations sells them for a reasonable price. Can't go anywhere on VA Beach without seeing Sunsations. But, on the other hand, they do have a lot of stuff and if you are looking for souveniers, their prices are probably the best on strip.
At least 3 or 4 of these stores on Atlantic Ave., typical tourist beach stuff. Towels, bathing, suits, t-shirts, ect.
There's one of these every block or so up and down Atlantic Avenue. One bargain - a daily bus pass for $2 so you can get a break from walking (or in our case, the rain) and leave your car in the hotel lot.

These shops are everywhere in VA Beach. They have some really neat souveniers and they are very reasonably priced.
I enjoyed stopping by Sunsations during ECSC weekend last August. The souvenir items that I purchased there were FABULOUS!
This store has everything you need for your trip to the beach and their prices are very reasonable. Beach shoes, boogie boards, swim suits, buckets & shovels, towels, sunscreen, etc... and souvenirs out the wazoo.
I make it an annual stop to be sure and browse the bonanza of this beach boardwalk bazaar. Find sunscreen, tan oil, lotion, beach chairs and umbrellas, and much much more!

Sunsations is on almost every corner, each store is similar. They have nice souveniurs.. very good selection, and great prices.
It is like so many per beach stores. You can get a t-shirt and novelty items, but nothing new under the "sun". We did, however, find a couple of neat items to reminds of our lovely Virginia Beach vacation.
We went here almost every day (across street from resort) for everything from souvenirs to drinks. Most things are reasonably priced although beer and wine are higher than at bigger stores away from beach. The key is you can walk to store so prices being a little higher are ok.
We stay at different spots up and down the strip, and find that all Sunsations are not the same. Some have more clothes, some are better for beach equipment, some have pretty large pantries. We find that the one on Fifth Street has the most complete selection.

Visited many of the stores in Virginia Beach and they are all alike. Relatively inexpensive beach wear considering its at the beach. Souvenirs aplenty but much of it is junky. Good place to buy beach shoes or floats if you are in need.

Cheap chairs and umbrellas. They gouge you on sunscreen though. Dont shop without a coupon, which you can find anywhere in the store and from the workers too.
I brought some gifts from that establishment at a decent price and would go there again. Also, we brought from other stores along the strip.
Okay for buying plastic junk, but not really great for real souviners. Check out 17th street, or WRV for that.

This is a new restaurnt - just opened this weekend. The owner, Oshri, has done a very good job making the place attractive and the staff ia friendly. Nthe food is a nice healthy alternative to the usual beach fried food and pizza. We had the vegetable quiche, made by Vinnie, with fresh fruit. Delicious! And the prices are reasonable.
