We have rented several vacation homes in the sandbridge area of Virginia Beach. Never have we had such an ordeal than we did when we rented through Sandbridge Realty. We love this beach. Calm, quiet, family oriented and less touristic. It's a little drive but the route is scenic so worth the effort. A nice market gives you all you need for a familly quality time. Sandy, clean and nice. Parking may be a problem but if you arrive in the morning (as normal for a beach day) is plenty of space for 5 $.
While Sandbridge Beach has really grown up over the years, I still enjoy going there just listening to the waves and smelling the salt air as I walk the beach. The pier at Sandbridge is free to walk and the sunsets can be beautiful here. The seagulls are so tame on the pier, I can get up close to get the picture with my cell phone.
This is a great rental. Only downside is you don't have a beach view

We really enjoyed our week stay at the Villa key largo house. It was clean well kept home with a nice open floor plan for everyone. We would stay here again in the future.
It was well worth the drive to find it. A nice pier to walk out on and for some fishing. Not a lot of people so it didn't feel "touristy"
My group recently stayed at Atlantic Sunrise for our annual golf trip. We were very please with the house we rented. It served our purposes perfectly. I was very pleased with the staff I dealt with, with extra kudos to Kyla and April. Whenever we had a question, request or concern it was answered promptly and to our satisfaction. We had a home at Sandbridge for 45 years and it is a quiet resort. If you have teenagers, they will be bored but the beach is great. There is a small store, ice cream place and a couple of small restaurants. It has some beautiful homes for rent during the summer season and is situated on a small peninsula between the Atlantic Ocean and Back Bay.
this is where the locals go to get away from it clean beach with great parking and access and the water was fairly warm even in April!
The pictures do not do the house justice. Even better than we expected We had 5 families
staying and we all had plenty of room. The kids are still talking about the trip and cant wait to go back. The beach was only a short walk and the kayaks provided lots of fun for the guys.
This house is everything they say it is. We had a wonderful week with plenty of room for all the kitchen was fantastic, full loaded with the necessities and then some. Everyone was super comfy in their bedrooms and the kids love hanging out downstairs away from the adults! We loved that too! and of course, the sunsets!. Wish i was there right now!

We have been going there about 10 years & love it every year... even if we got chased out by hurricane one year & had slight earthquake same week....love the pristine beach & the houses are always clean & well taken care of... also love that the boardwalk is seperate from all the shops

Been renting from these guys for the past 6 years or so, and been renting houses in Sandbridge for about 12 years. These guys do what they're supposed to, ensuring a happy vacation every year.

It was great! We really needed this! The beachhouse was wonderful and luckilu the weather was amazing. We hope to come back with more people and stay right on the beach front. :)
We had a wonderful time and are glad to have had the opportunity to come, again. There were 10 children and 9 adults from New Jersey. The weather was wonderful as were our accommodations. I truly enjoyed Sea-Duction. We stayed off season and really enjoyed the flat screen televisions in each room, small but very nice theater room, and especially the game room. The house was very well appointed and well kept, except for an unusuable bathroom in one of the bedrooms. The pool area was lovely and well equipped Overall our stay at Sea-Duction was amazing and we'd be happy to stay again.
We all had a wonderful time and I cannot wait until next year!

Thank you for sharing your big house, we really had a great time! Sandbridge has been a favorite of our family for many years! We have stayed in different beach houses and enjoyed the unique qualities of each. The favorite thing of being here at Innis Free by the Sea is to share so much fun with the family! Our grandchildren range in ages 5-22, we enjoyed the beach and ocean! playing cards...playing games...watching movies...eating good food...reading books...shopping...sharing stories...watching our grandchildren!! and all they do! The only bad thing is the week was too short!!!

We looked forward to this week all year and cant believe its coming to an end! What a perfect place to enjoy so many of life's simple pleasures: jumping waves with the three-year-olds, building sand sculpures and ""foot baths"" , taking walks to the market every morning for smoothies. evening strolls on the beach, riding bikes to the frozen yogurt shop, eating lobsters on the screened in porch, sitting on deck and laughing at uncle Bobby's jokes, playing card games, making chocolate chip pancakes for breakfast, taking mid day naps, and just spending time with the ones we love. It's so easy...
A few years ago we rented one of the larger houses on the ocean for 2 weeks, for a family wedding, had several family & guests staying with us. It was a wonderful expeirence. I would recommend Sandbridge Realty.

We had our family of five ( with three young kids) and the grandparents and there was more than enough space. We just came back from a lovely week at The Sanctuary at Sandbridge Beach. We arrived a little early but were able to use the pool and beach. Check in was fine and right on time. Our condo, #A317 was beautiful and very spacious for 4 parents and our 6 children in their 20's.

This house is small but served our purpose when my son and his family came to stay for a few days. It is not beach front but right across the road from the beach. The house has been tastefully remodeled. We loved the deck which had an ocean view. Great value!
WE loved the house, pool and hot tub. We found that it had everything we needed from kitchen dishes to pool toys & fishing poles. We had a great time and we will be back!!
I really loved Sandbridge Beach. The house location was very good. The beach was excellent as always. It was a wonderful place to have our dog. We were very comfortable and had everything that we could have needed. We plan to return.

We booked 2 condos for 12 members of our family. They were absolutely beautiful. They contained everything as posted in the website for the site.
The house was beautiful and we truly enjoyed our time here. We hope to come back in the future! Sandy was really wonderful!

Anyone who can should go Sanctuary Resort, meet Ralph! You'll love him and he will take care of any problem you hae promptly...and we mean promptly!!! The girls in the office will do their best to make eeryone happy!!! We hope to go back!!!
When we arrived at the Sanctuary, we did not have to get out of the car. There was a tent set up in the parking lot, we drove up to it, a gentleman greeted us, gave us our check in packet and provided us with information and directions.
