factory tv came to my home and repaired my 3 tvs that were damaged in shipment. they also billed the moving company. i had to pay nothing thanks guys.
My experience is much like "Nomis." It has been 6 weeks since they said it would cost $49 to look at it, and an additional $149 to take it in for repairs. They are now saying it will cost $500 to repair our 60" HDTV, after they kept making excuses for how long it would take, saying they need to order parts and whatnot. I am extremely dissatisfied with this business. They are the same as "SAME DAY TV REPAIR"
This place is a freaking SCAM! I'll tell you a brief story about an idiot (me) who did not look at this fancy thing called the internet before I contacted this joke of a company. This place lures you in with a $40.00 cost to come out to your home. They say it will go towards the cost of repair and it is all but implied that they will show up and fix your TV like you would expect a service like this to do. But then.... They feed you a line of how they need to take the TV back to their "repair shop" to further diagnose the problem.... guess what, that's another 50 bucks, but it'll go towards the cost of repair...and "it shouldn't take more than a day or 2 to fix".... that's weird, but ok. Then 2 shady looking guys who look nothing like repairmen take your beloved 61 inch HDTV to some windowless white van and depart scene... Then they tell you they need to order a part and you wait a few days, then they say the part is backordered and you wait another week, then they say they have the part but WOOPS, it's a defective part, they have to "over night" another one, 4 days later it's still not in! After a month of constant excuses they say the 2nd part came in and guess what? It's ALSO defective! At this point I took the $95.00 loss and demanded my TV back. I called another guy who showed up after a couple days and fixed my TV in home at a lower cost. He said based on the dust inside my TV that no one has ever opened it up to look inside of it since I bought the thing!
If you hire Factory TV to repair your TV, then you are a fool, just like I was.....
Took my 50" samsung plasma tv in today at 10am..........its now 245pm and im back home watching it, and the repair cost was very affordable!! If i ever have need of a repair again this is where im going. G r e a t j o b
My experience with this company was NOT good! First I called to have them come out to give me an estimate on repairing my 52 TV. They said it would be a $49.00 service free to come out and look at it. When they arrived 1.5 days later, they said it will be $149 to take it to the shop to diagnose it. $49.00 to come out to my house and $100 take it to the shop to diagnose it. After 2 days I...
This company is a complete scam, needs to be investigated and shut down. They pick-up your TV for a fee ($75), and won't return until you pay a higher price than originally agreed.
DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!! Take a look at all the bad reviews online. I suspect the positive comments - many posted on the same day by "various" people, are fake.

WARNING!!!! Factory TV also lists themselves as "Same Day TV Service" with a different phone number. Neither is worth the drive through the heavy construction to get to. I dropped off a common Philips LCD for a simple repair. I know exactly what was wrong with it but they pretty much ignored me. They told me they would contact me in 24 hours with a quote. After two weeks, a lame excuse...
WARNING!!! Factory TV is also listed as "Same Day TV" which has numerous negative reviews. I took my TV in for a simple repair, was told I'd have a quote in 24 hours. After two weeks of hearing from them once and no quote, I took my tv back. I'm now out the $90 drop off fee. For all I know they used my flat screen as a card table. This is a run down and dirty looking location and junky...
