I have shopped at Thrift Store City since it was located on Military Hwy. Through the years I have seen a lot of the same faces and it has become a more personalized shopping place for me. I have great deals and my children enjoy finding books and games; so it is a win, win for all of us.

The employess basically run the store instead of the management and are allowed to talk to customers anyway they choose, alot of times you will find them hiding out in between racks talking about people shopping in the store and other employees. Management doesn't care, as long as they get their money they are happy so nothing changes, the employees are beyond rude. This is by far [THE] best thrift store I've seen in all of Hampton Roads. The facility is extremely clean and the merchandise are clean and in excellent conditions.
