I took my little man to Salty Paws yesterday and loved it! They really care about all the animals and we're great with my Magic. They were also very informative which helped me out a great deal since I've never owned a puppy and only knew about older dogs. :) Loved Dr. Greibel!

This is the absolute best veterinary Hospital I have ever used bar none. The Doctors are meticulous, thorough, kind and compassionate always going the extra mile. The staff follows suit. The hospital is spotless. My dog Huck will let Dr. Fannin do just about anything to him without complaint.. Well, almost anything.... not a nail trim fan! I recommend them to anyone that will listen!

Best vet experience! Dr. Giebel was wonderful. You could tell she was passionate about what she does. She listened to all our concerns, was understanding, explored all treatment options with us so we had some input too. Very nice facility as well. Highly recommend.

Dr "D" is an awesome vet. The staff there loves the animals. The service is wonderful, the prices for services are great and the borders are treated with extra love and care. I love the staff there and so does my Blue boy:)

This is one of the cleanest and nicely decorated vet clinics I've seen. The staff is friendly and caring. My dog has been cared for by the staff since he was a pup and I board him often. They know him by name & take very good care of him. While he doesn't like being left he's not afraid. The outdoor area for the dogs is nice and large and well suited. I wouldn't take my buddy anywhere else!

My Parents always had at least two dogs in our house at all times when I was growing up so I am no stranger to various vet clinics. I've been to great Vets and really bad ones too. After I moved out and was finally able to get a dog of my own I took him to Salty paws. What attracted me initially was the outside of the building. I was new to Va and didn't have anyone who could recommend a good clinic I could take my new puppy to. I will not take my pets again

The vets here and staff were very unwelcoming. They were money hungry and they did not even seem interested in my pet what so ever. My old vet, whom I now returned, at least appeared interested in my pets. I waited for about 25-30 minutes just to pick up my dog. I did find some hidden costs on my bill that I was not aware of. I will not be bringing any of my pets to this hospital ever again or referring this hospital to anyone.

My family and I have been taking our little poodles to Dr. Dermyer for years, and never been taken advantage of, or treated with any disrespect. They always treat the ""girls"" like their own, and when our oldest girl ran away...and we found her, they took her in immediately without an appt. and charged us very little. They are a great facility, with even excellent staff. My family and I highly recommend Salty Paws.

Salty Paws was recommended to me by a neighbor who boards her dog there regularly. Upon entering the place I was very impressed. It was decorated beautifully inside and seemed like a very professional atmosphere. I did call in advance on three separate occassions to double check what my fees would be and procedures for an a walk in vaccination required prior to boarding my maltese for the first time.
