Excellent service and a VERY knowledgeable staff. I went in the due my hair for the first time, and didn't know what exactly to expect, but Amanda did an excellent job of listening to me and making suggestions based on what I told her I was looking for. My hair looks great and I love the products that she suggested. I will be returning to her from now on!

I was traveling on our boat and needed to stay in Norfolk until the weather settled down. I needed to find a salon that was experienced in hair color and I found that at Fringe. Kevin is amazing!! He knew exactly what I needed in color. He was knowledgable, professional and patient with all my questions. I would definitely come back on my return south.

Recently I cut my long hair off to doante, and it resulted in another highly recommended Norfolk salon butchering my hair not once, but twice. Losing hope, the next morning I went to Salon Fringe and made an appt with Justin. They have yummy coffee, delightful staff (and an adorable, perfectly behaved doggy) and a very nice atmosphere.
