This place is the absolute best. Since moving, I have been looking for a hair salon. This place is classy and trendy and the staff is very friendly. I was very comfortable. Raven did a color correction for me and it was perfect. She is an expert with color correction and getting the perfect color for hair color. This will now be my home salon in the VAB area. I would recommend to anyone!

My service at salon on 31st was amazing. I had William Radfier for a much needed relaxation and destresser. William went far and beyond to help my hip that is in constant pain. I have not had pain in weeks. I wish I lived closer. I highly recommend William for a out of this world massage.

Raven did an ombre for me today, absolutely love it!! That girl has skills. I showed her my example picture once and she cut and colored my hair perfectly!! Best scalp massage I've ever had. Love this place-I live in the OBX and the hour and half drive is definitely worth it. Great service and amazing work. Thanks girl

Very pleasant experience with my husband, as we got a couples Thai Herbal massage. The staff was very professional and sweet as well. Massage was done by very talented professionals and would definitely return when we vacation here again. Even picked up some amazing sugar scrub at checkout! Very happy it was at checkout or I never would of knew about it!

I first came to Salon at 31st due to a groupon, but have come back ever since. I drive 30 miles to come here because it is the very best pedicure I have ever had, regardless of which technician I have had. I recommend it to everyone.

I have finally found a hair stylist who can work with my very thick, very curly hair. After years of disappointment with poor quality Japanese Hair Straightening, I found Yvonne Chau! She has transformed my very damaged hair into vey manageable, and great looking hair. If you have difficult hair, definitely make an appointment.

This salon is a relaxing experience. I enjoy being greeted at the front door by the friendly receptionists and especially feel pampered by my colorist/sylist, Meg, when she works her magic! She is a true artist! My hair color is so perfect and natural and gets constant compliments. The way she cuts my hair is very flattering. You get a lot for your money here. I highly recommend this salon.

This is my favorite place to visit when I am in town for a conference or vacation. They are affiliated with The Hilton which is where I stay everytime I visit Virginia Beach. They are very professional and friendly. The salon is very clean and modern. I love this place and definitely recommend it!!

This is an excellent salon because you can get everything done in one place, I went in for a haircut and I was able to get my acrylic nails filled and ended up getting my makeup done as well. All I had to do was get dressed and I was ready to hit the town. They also gave me complimentary red wine. Definitely recommend this place to friends!!!!

My experience at Salon at 31st was excellent, Ivonne was my stylist and though my hair was pretty damaged she worked wonders as she was training another stylist, my hair looks amazing my family actually noticed I got my hair done, complemented my haircut and were as I, amazed by the prices, I will always drive from Hampton to 31st street because trust me it is worth every penny of it>
