If you buy a Toyota there use someone else for service. I brought my 2004 4 runner in for brakes they told me I need $1400.00 worth of work. I needed all new pads three new calipers they were frozen. I took it to another dealer only needed Front pads and (2) calipers. The rear brakes still had 15K worth of life on them. Consumer beware !!!!!!!

I have been to pretty much all the Toyota dealerships in Mass and Rhode island,and route 44 Toyota in Raynham by far looks like the biggest dump. They need to make a new commercial and update the look because they will lose a lot of customers compared to the other dealerships.
I checked out a car on line, went to the dealer, it was marked $5,000 more. They said they would work with me. What that meant was they wanted me to but more money down.I thought this was deceitful, but they assured me it was A mistake that they fixed it on line.Guess what the wrong price is still on line.I would not want to buy anything from them know.
terrible customer service. told them my starter had to be replaced 15000 miles before warranty was up. brought it there 3 times to get them to change it. they told me everything checked out and was fine. then when my car completely stopped running 2000 miles over warranty they want to replace the bad starter now for 700 bucks. they give you the run around for everything.

Bought a used car from this dealership last week. Still haven't been able to take delivery on it. Didn't even finance anything. Paid w/ cash and trade. Half a dozen calls regarding my vehicle have gone un-returned. Raised the price on us after they insisted we give them a deposit over the phone to "lock in" the price agreed on. My husband and I have dealt with Rt. 44 Toyota for a number of years. One of the main reasons we keep going back is the EXCEPTIONAL service department. They go out of their way to do whatever they can do to make you happy. We have never had a problem with service at Rt. 44 Toyota and I would highly recommend them to family and friends.
After buying 4 cars from these people, I can honestly say "NEVER AGAIN". I bought a brand new Sonota, and ordered (and paid almost $1000 more) for 4 new rims for it, I waited for almost 10 days, after being told they would only take 2 to get, dropped my car off at the dealership, only to pick it up and find they had put dented rims off a used Sonota. Very poor customer service. All four of my tires needed to be replaced after only 20K miles and they said it was normal wear and tear. I took it to another Toyota dealer and they said it was a recall for AWD Sienna's with runflat tires and covered the entire cost of all four.
