I live in Virginia Beach and had a plumbing issue with my laundry machine. My entire laundry room flooded and we needed a plumber quickly. I called my local Roto-Rooter plumber and got immediate excellent service. The receptionist on the phone was prompt with my information and very friendly and understanding. Within 20 minutes the Patrick Lundry from the Norfolk Brance was at my door. He was very informative and helpful. He snaked the appropriate pipes, got on the roof, and waited out a laundry cycle to make sure the problem was fixed. Im very pleased with my service. Thank you...

Expensive ($225) for a simple snaking of a drain, but worth the price when needed. Not many plumbing services are available on 12/27/2011. The technician (Patrick, #2682) was competent but late.

These guys were professional, came out within a matter of hour or two, and didn't charge me emergency fees. I would recommend this place if you cant handle the job on your own.

Norfolk Plumbers Robert and Ed were a dynamite team. They came out on a holiday with a cheerful and helpful attitude, and fixed the problem in no time at all. These Norfolk plumbers are experts in their field.

These guys are on the ball. I called for a plumber and they kept me posted on the status of the plumber coming to assist me. When they arrived, after a very short wait, the figured out what the problem was and had it fixed in record time. The plumbers in Norfolk are great, they know what their doing, are polite, and get the job done.
