This past weekend my friend and I camped at Rodanthe Watersports and Campground and enjo every minute of the time there. We enjoyed camping at the water's edge which provided a spectacular view. I stayed here on a solo road trip down 12 south last summer and this place is awesome! Campsites in the sand right on the water! There is a TON of water sports right there to take on as well! I would recommend this campground to anyone checking out O.B.X. looking for a friendly fun place to camp!

This is a small campground on a great location. We have a smaller camper and it was a little tight parking it. The sites are small and the amenities are simple but the view of the sound is great. The staff was friendly and the rates are fair. I would recommend this place, my family and I enjoyed our visit and will return.

We took our kids here to rent wave runners while staying in Nags Head. It was a bit of a drive but well worth it. Very reasonably priced and the owner is extremely friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place. Will return here next year!

Camping literally by a body of water, but not the beach. The beach is about a quarter mile the other way, but easy to walk. Camp area is clean, there are hot showers, and friendly staff. The downside is that everyone is real close to one another. Also, if someone poops in their RV, it stinks up the entire campground...

My husband and I camped here for 3 nights and wished we could have stayed longer! The sunsets were beautiful and our tent site was right next to the water. The owner was really nice and helpful. We loved the out door showers and will be going back again and hopefully we can stay longer.

My teenage son and I had a great time! Campground is right on the sound and the ocean and a great fishing pier are within walking distance. Lots of windsurfers and kite boarders to watch and the Wave Runners we rented were a blast. Well be back next year!

This place was great! Very laid back, nice indoor and outdoor showers, clean, a small place to do your dishes, almost on top of the bay with great sunsets, and a short walk from the ocean. We loved it and will return soon!
