Horrible customer service on warranty work. The guy we attempted to work with was arrogant and needlessly difficult. It was very clear that customer support is not a priority. I would not recommend using their service department or you will regret it later on when you need service work done.

The estimator made a mistake on the amount of insulation required. A second trip to my house is necessary to finish the job. What they did was fine, but it is only half finished at the moment.

My shower doors roll very nicely now - but - I would like to give him a tip.
Wear some booties over your shoes when you get inside the shower or put down a piece of plastic. I had to spend at least a half hour cleaning it after he left.

Wellsons serice was excellent; however, I think the quoted price of $175.00 for less than an hour of time and a replacement roller was a little high.

Did an excellant job from estimate to cleanup
Project was completed very quickly. Sliding door was removed and new rollers installed. After the fact I discovered that door rolled stiffly because lubricant was not applied by technician. I appliced lubricant and it worked well.
He came on Monday, said the parts to fix our sliding door would be in the next day or Wednesday. He left us with the door not usable at all, and then didn't get back to us either. We had to contact him numerous times, which then he finally called us back on Friday to let us know he wouldn't be in till after Labor Day, on Tuesday. So we had no entry into our backyard from our house for over a...
The shower door is great... they were very nice but some damage was done to the lower shower panel ( cracked) and 2 walls outside the shower have chunks of drywall missing passed the paint. I did not notice until after they left. They did not tell me of the damage....

Window was a week late getting installed due to Wellsons glass supplier, NOT Wellsons, breaking mine & 4 other clients windows as they were loading them into Wellsons truck. Communication with Ron was prompt once the glass was broken by his supplier. But the following week, they were at my home replacing the window quickly, neatly & efficiently. I would use them again.

Wellsons Construction was prompt in handling the replacement of our skylight. The showed up when they said they would and did a very nice job.
Ron knows glass! And he explained all the options well, was on time, did an excellent job installing new glass in our current aluminum frames, and we love the look and the energy efficiency. Price was competitive, but new double-pane, energy-efficient windows are not cheap. We recommend this small firm without hesitation.
This company called me straight away and came out to give a free estimate. They also worked within my time constraint and was able to finish the job even quicker than estimated. I felt it was pricey but well worth it.
