That's great you checked their va real estate license. Their investigation is for mortgage fraud. That won't show up under real estate license. It's the fact that they're lacking in ethics and are willing to commit fraudulent activities.

Just started working with this company because they were suggested to me by a friend who rents property. I have found them very pleasant to work with so far. Because of some of the below reviews i was a little hesitant to use them to rent my property. Until I called them and asked for the realtors license number and look them up in the VA database and there was no mention of fraud. 12/1/2012...
After I moved into the home this company rented to me I had some maint. issues in need of repair. River's Edge Property Management employees were professional to coordinate appointments for us with their contractors. I will continue to recommend them based on our poisitve experience!
