Very happy with color and cut. Rhi is an excellent stylist. I have people come up to me all the time asking where I get my hair done. They always comment on the color and highlights. I always refer them to Rituals.

Love my time at Rituals! Wether it's a hair cut, color, facial/peel, or massage, I always feel pampered and relaxed when I leave. The staff is so welcoming and cheerful, and Always go the extra mile to make me comfortable. Of course, I have my favorites, ( Sheri, Kailey, Susann, Dale, Allison, Jade, Nina, Kara, Anne........) I am very disappointed in my last appointment. I was told I would only need a "mini" highlight so that is what I requested in my online appointment. I also spoke with my hair stylist stating I only needed a mini to brighten the top. She proceeded to do a partial highlight and also charge me for one. This was not what I budgeted for and what I had expected as far as price. Again, very disappointed.

I love my visits to Rituals! Lauren does a wonderful job with my thick hair and gives me great feedback on styling and products that would benefit my hair issues. The complimentary hand massage is always wonderful and relaxing. The staff is welcoming and very friendly; the salon is elegant and warm. I'm excited to try other services that Rituals offers!

I was foolish and went to a cheap chain store for a haircut today. They butchered my hair. The ladies at Rituals were able to get me in within a couple of hours and Nicollete did a great job of fixing it. I am so relieved. Thank you all so much!

Dale rocks!!! The best massage I have ever had! He has worked a miracle on my Achilles' tendon. Thought I was headed to surgery for sure but Dale's massages and lots of physical therapy have turned this problem around. Thanks Dale!!!

Trying a new hairstylist is scary for me but I tried Judy at Rituals because I had a friend who tried her and was very pleased with the results......she looked fantastic. Love the personalized service, free hand massage, facials, etc. Can't recommend them enough!
