Very knowledgeable and thorough with exam.
Dr. Garcia is kind and courteous. She was extremely helpful in all respects, and explained the optics and physiology of the eye in a way that was easy to understand.
Contact lenses very blurry
She doesn't know a thing about contact lenses or glasses. I received a prescription from Opternative which she signed off on that gave me terrible headaches. I went to another doctor who changed my prescription drastically, and I saw and felt great. Also, the contact lens presctiption she wrote did NOT EXIST. She wrote numbers that were not even available from the manufacturer. Opternative...
He neglects patients. He lets the resident doctors prescribe things that caused a patient to need insulin. He should be sued for malpractice!
