So good, we go at least 2x a month!! amazing food, FRESH FRESH FRESH ingredients, well-cooked, killer margaritas, experienced bar and wait staff. All other Mexican places around pale in comparison. Whether you want seafood, vegetarian, or a little of everything, they consistently deliver the best
My family has never actually sat down and ate inside of Ole, we always do take out but for some reason we decided to sit down and the experience was great. I had my young daughters with me and the...
Wow, is their fresh guacamole with everything incredible! We love the mix of onion, tomato, avocado, etc. Such amazing flavor. With a few jumbo margaritas, this makes for the perfect end of work week destination!
Great Mexican food and friendly service. I like the dog friendly outdoor patio also! Cute little bar area with TVs and about 10 seats. I much prefer it here over some of the larger chain Mexican...
**Update** We came back not nearly as good as the first time. My daughter asked for no guacamole on hers it came with guacamole. My meal came out way later then my daughter's and husband. My...
chris was in ny with grandkids.......
i have many weaknesses and one is pork. i get my fix here.
Carnita....the best
I gave it a 3 because first time was a five - the second deserved a one. The first order last week was delicious the second was lousy this week. Threw away most of it. We ordered the guacamole dip - the first time was...
My wife and I have driven past many times, but this was our first stop...and it was wonderful! Don’t trust the past poor reviews. The fajitas were wonderful and the margaritas were tasty as hell. Service was very quick and friendly. We’ll absolutely be back!
Ok so it's Margarita Day and although I am the "Dutchess" at another Mexican restaurant,we decided to try a different one that we pass every day. This place was good. The service was perfect!...
Some highlights - the shrimp Veracruzana, the seafood taco trio in lettuce boats (Yay for Paleo friendly!), the elote (ask for this instead of refried beans) and the Cantaritos drinks - especially if you hate Sweet & Sour mix in your cocktail! Fajitas are tasty...
so 4 of us gave Ole yet another visit. i know the pork carnitas are great here that was my choice once again. 1 had tostadas puerto escondido (3) great tacos -2 had steak fajita and 1 margarita.
lots of chips and dip like most...
Understaffed on the day I went, but the staff there were friendly. Homemade chips and salsa were very good and the nachos were tasty.

I have been in Va Beach for 6 years & driven by this restaurant so many times. I decided to finally try it & I was very pleasantly surprised. It's very cute inside. The bar area is adorable. The drinks were awesome, especially the cantarito....
We love this place! Lots of choices and great Margaritas. The kids menu pleases our fussy eaters and the lemonade offered with the kids meal is a real treat. The staff is super accommodating to kids - making this s our go-to choice for dinner...
Our fourth friday night. My friday night group likes to move around every once in a while and this is one of our stops.
A high time.. Restaurante Olé (terrible name, right?) serves what I might describe as Mexican resort cuisine. Not much in the way of traditional dishes. Heavy on seafood. Belabored presentations, often featuring tableside preparation and/or food stacked so as to approximate an Aztec pyramid. None of that is intended as negative commentary. In fact, those elements combine to make for a pretty...
Not your typical taco/enchilada place (although they do make those). The food is really good- love the grilled tacos, and the quesadilla nortena.
This is not Mexican food!. Hey, the menu is interesting; they are nice; great service; cold beer; reasonable prices. But, the food is not really good. Except for the chicken tortilla soup. And, the margarita was weird bar mix. Not good. Nice folks and cute place.
Great!. I had lunch there today, about 1pm. The lunch crowd was just clearing out with some stragglers trickling in. I don't remember the name of the dish I had but it was two fried chicken burritos with beans and rice. I got the dinner plate as I was starving. Chips and fresh salsa and white dipping sauce (I keep forgetting to ask what it's called) were great. For dessert I had a generous...
THE BEST FISH SANDWICH ANYWHERE!!! I have traveled to Virginia several times now, and everytime I come, this place is my no.1 stop! I am not a big seafood eater, but the fish sandwich at this little gem is positively addictive, not to mention the rest of their food is amazing as well, healthy portion sizes as well...add awesome customer service and hospitality, and you have a definite five star...
This restaurant is amazing. I have never written a review before but I had to for these guys. They planned and pulled off an amazing evening for my son's graduation. They had a Congrats sign for him with his name. We called to make reservations for a group. We had never been to this restaurant much less knew any of the people there. They treated us like family!! They made my son's night perfect. We had about 25 people all with different checks. The staff was so friendly, like we knew them forever. The owner treated us like family too!! We will go to this restaurant every time we are in VA....
This place is amazing. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. I had all three on my last trip to Virginia Beach. The staff was friendly, fast and treated us like family. We had a large group that came in after a graduation. They stayed open late just for us. We had never been there before and were coming from out of town. We called and made reservations. They planned this party for us and even had a...
Open at 7 am this cafe is located just off Shore Drive. We stopped for breakfast. I understand they have a nice lunch/dinner menu and a brunch on sundays. They have a full bar and live entertainment is available certain evenings. We had a very nice waitress informative and courteous. The breakfast special for 2.99 is quite a deal. Great coffee as well!! This place has changed ownership quite a...
