I wasn't too impressed with their level of service within the office, as wait times are typically 30+ minutes and repetitively over the years they have mysteriously deleted my annual appointments w/o advsing me of a need to reschedule. The first time it happened they expected me to take a 2nd day off work to come back another day rather than offering to work me in. Now I know to call to confirm...
