I lived in these apartments for a year. We had multiple maintenance problems that the maintenance staff ignored. Our A/C unit broke and we had no air in the middle of summer for a whole week before they fixed it. Not happy with the community. Called in a flood in my apartment at 9pm to emergency maintenance and the maintenance guy still has not shown up by 2am. Drain guy and carpet guys have come and gone and the toilets still cannot be used or the apt will flood more. Called emergency maintenance 4 times. No back up number to call. Neighors next door are not home and their apt is flooded too....

Can't wait to move out of this apartment complex! Terrible carpet, terrible appliances, over priced, dog park is a joke! Blamed my carpet coming up on my dog and tried charging me until I spoke to the manager! Carpet is still just as bad after "fixing" it. Pay for parking and have to park a mile from my apartment!

Not a good place to live at all. Ants and spiders starting to take over my apartment. And they charge a "Termination Fee" if you decent to move out within two months of your lease being up... Rent going up; and rent doesn't cover any of the amenities that are here like the pool or workout out room which both are a joke.. I'm moving out end of June.
