In Short With a new layout and modern concept, OfficeMax has titled its updated in-store experience as "Advantage." All renovations certainly do work for the customer's advantage, as aisle-free checkouts shorten the lines to many…
In Short
With a bright red color scheme, enormous booths and TVs galore (even in the bathrooms), this loud, lively spot aims to make families feel right at home. The creative menu offers...
I had a chicken tender salad and it was very good. Lettuce was fresh and included egg, bacon and cheese. The french onion soup was a disappointment. Basically beef broth with not fully cooked onions with cheese slices on top. Needed to be baked longer. I would certainly go back but would skip the soup next time. Did not eat...
Whether it's an order to go or for a quiet dinner out, this place has a playful ambiance and incredible flavor. It's reasonably priced and honestly I've never had to wait. The servers are attentive and helpful.
I am no fan of "chain" restaurants but Red Robin has become a staple in our extended rotation because the consistently serve a good meal with well trained and friendly staff. I love the "Whiskey River" chicken sandwich myself!
The hamburgers are very creative and tasty. The portions are huge! There are more than hamburgers here so there is something for everyone.
Was in town for my kid's soccer tournament and the team ate at red robin next door to our hotel. Burgers and drinks were decent and staff was friendly but the tables were sticky, they didn't seem capable at seating/handling the sat night dinner crowd.
We came in as a party of 30 unannounced with only about two hours left in the night. They sat us very quickly and service was excellent. The adults and children were at separate tables but our servers were able to put each family on a check which made it easy at checkout. The food was typical red robin -...
This is a great place for family, food and fun. Our waitress was very knowledgeable with the menu and a joy. We had to wait about 30 minutes but it was worth it. The hostess kept the customers informed as to where they were in line, or did they want to split up their party so they wouldn't have to...
I recommend red robin! Good variety of food and drink! Endless supply of fries and atmosphere is good! Very creative with their dishes! Service staff is very friendly and good servers!
The food was flavorful, service was good. My one and only issue was the hamburger buns were too weak to handle the burger and toppings. The bun fell apart almost immediately making it impossible to eat the burger without utensils. Otherwise good.
My server took a little long to come to our table, once we seated, however, once he came, he was on point. He kept our drinks filled, he kept our fries coming and he was extremely nice.
Once again I had lunch here today. As usual we were greeted upon entering, shown to our seats, orders taken promptly and the food came out. Now I have to say that I have gone by myself, with a small group, and with super large groups and the always accommodate and give good service. The food is as advertised but...
New Year's Day at 6pm we stopped by for burgers. They were busy but well staffed. From the time we placed our burger order until they came it was in excess of 35 minutes. The time would have not seemed so long had we been served some french fries which were unlimited as we waited. Our waiter seemed quick enough...I...
This place has been open here for at least ten years. Recent menu changes indicates a focus on creating some new taste sensations. Experienced excellent service and payment was fast using the table top payment device. Second round of fries were fresher than the original serving of fries.
My wife and I had dinner here last night and enjoyed every mouthful. Even though they were extremely busy we were greeted and seated in a reasonable amount of time. Service was prompt and the food...
It had been awhile since we dined at the Red Robin, but decided to give it a second chance. Being a week day evening, it was moderately busy; however, the hostess greeted us with a smile and seated us immediately. We dined on a regular hamburger (dry and tasteless), steak fries (delicious!), cheeseburger (dry and tasteless) with a side of...
1st time back in awhile and not disappointing. Really good juicy burger & the bottomless fries are almost too much. (I still got seconds though)
We were greated by a confused looking host. Our server was the best part of our experience...... LOL NOT!!! We ordered an appetizer that looked and tasted horrible and took forever to make an...
They have very good food I would recommend coming here my favorite food here is a Bacon cheeseburger and the Service is good here also
The food was very good but service horrible. Waited to get to order and then when they brought my food I had no silver ware. Had to go to bar to get silver ware. supposed to be endless fries and they only bring a very small portion to start and then never came back to asl for more. Used on...
Great location near several hotels, although finding it without a GPS would be difficult as we saw no signs whatsoever for this place. We got there at the prime time Saturday night dinner window and expected a wait, and to our surprise found no wait at all. The place was clean and the employees were courteous and friendly. Food came...
Very good food and waiter was friendly. They were a little slow to seat us but once we were seated we were taken care of well and everyone in our family enjoyed our food.
Great place for a Burger. Fast service. Good food. Reasonable prices. Wait Staff is very friendly. Will arrange seating for groups.
Stopped here for lunch on my way to DC. I had the Banzai Burger. It was very good and the service was very good. They've just introduced the little screens at the tables so you can play games and pay your bill at your table.
After my initial review, the owner of that location got in touch with me and apologized for falling short. I was given a gift card for the mishaps that occurred that day. I also did not write a...
Horrible! The worst Red Robin I have ever been to! We expected a normal lunch, it turned out to be a TWO Hour Lunch due to poor service, and the place was empty. Our server was training...
I had a Bonseye burger and it was small than I expected. It was good and cooked to my liking. The fries were warm and tasty. The waitress went to get me more tea and returned 15 minutes later with no tea. The service was poor and she had an excuse of everything. Nothing was her fault - she just...
We showed up around 1 on a Sunday afternoon and were seated immediately. Place was about half full and like most Red Robins, noisy. Our server, Karina, was outstanding, taking our drink orders almost as soon as we sat down and then checking back periodically as we checked out the menu. My bride went with the fish sandwich for her...
We were staying at a hotel next door so this restaurant was very convenient. I had a regular hamburger which was good. I love their steak fries more than anything else they have.
We were immediately greeted and seated. Until we arrived the restaurant was slow so management let a few servers go. As a result our server, Sara, was literally serving a very large percentage of the resturant guest that all arrived at once. She truly did a phenomenal job! Even though it was obvious that she was extremely busy she never...
Know before you go that Red Robin is geared to families. That said, its perfect for families! My wife and daughter eat gluten free and we never struggle to find food there. I really like all the different burgers they offer and I like that I can get them as a lettuce wrap. The sides are "bottom-less" so you never...
We were able to get a table right away but it took the server about 15 minutes to acknowledge us. After about 30 minutes we finally got our food order in. Not everyone got their food at the same time and we never got drink refills.
We have eaten at this Red Robin for years, but this last visit has caused me to have second thoughts about returning. Not sure if there is new management or not, but something has changed.
Our visit last night lasted almost an hour and a half. Understanding that large parties take a little longer (we had 8 in our party),...
We have been to this Red Robin on a number of occasions with extended family. The wait staff has always been extremely friendly and efficient. During the last visit one of the diners ordered the seafood platter (which we all thought strange since Red Robin in known for it's wide variety of burgers, etc.). He said the fried cod was...
We enjoyed the food it was cooked as ordered and the staff was very polite, located close to the hotel I was staying in.
1st time at Red Robin. The host was missing in action at ten after 12 and then acted surprised that a line had formed at the door. I saw a lot of people wait 5 to 10 minutes to be seated. I keep hearing the RR jingle and think JUMMMMM....My waitress was good and attentive. I ordered a guacamole bacon...
Hostess did not give me tablet with gluten information. We had to wait a bit for waitress. Then we changed tables because we saw a few ants on ours. Waitress was knowledgable about gf and menu. We drove special to eat here and found a bank, and whole foods near by.
I like Red Robin. I love the wide selection of burgers to choose from. Much better than standard chain restaurants with limited selection, and most definitely 1000 percent better than fast food burger joints. Its great that they have a full bar as well. The burgers are a bit pricy but worth the money. I recommend it.
After a very disappointing meal at the Red Robin in Short Pump (Richmond), we were hesitant to try this location. However, today the Red Robin located at Virginia Center Commons Mall in Glen Allen, VA was a hit. We didn't realize there was any veteran's offer but were surprised upon arrival at around 1200 on Tuesday. While the restaurant was...
Red Robin is generally hit or miss with service. Hit the night right and add in the new Reds Tavern Double Burger and you've got a home run. $6.99 is hard to beat. Highly recommend. Enjoy.
Liked: Great service, great food, great location. Disliked: Pricey. Floors a little dirty. I have never had bad food at Red Robin. They really do have the best burgers.
I must say that I think I just had the best bacon burger of my life. I have ate at red robin before and every time I do I enjoy every bite. We got the towering onion rings which were awesome but the meal was made complete with the burger and miller lite. I will for always put red robin...
We really enjoyed our dinner here! Food, beer and service were all great. The patty melt was soooo good, can't wait to go back.
I must say that Red Robin was very busy, but they really worked at trying to get every great service and good food. I must say they really did work hard for their customers. The food was wonderful.
We had never eaten in a Red Robin before. Thought it was your basic fast food burger place. NOT AT ALL!!! I had the turkey burger and my husband the bacon cheeseburger. So delicious. You can have your burger made to your specifications with all the extras you want. And, as a Cole Slaw expert, I can say that it...
The food was good as usual, the atmosphere was ok although I was hoping to get my son a balloon but did not see any. Our service was a bit slow. Overall a good experience
Had to wait even though many tables were empty. Drinks came with crud on the cups and glasses. Under the table was a mess. My son ordered clam chowder that looked more like gray slime. When we got up to leave, our hands were covered in grime and dirt. Just gross.
The service was very good and the lunch specials as well. They give you endless fries, or fruit and its difficult to choose because both are delicious.
I like Red Robin's burgers. This location is next to a Courtyard where I stayed earlier this week so I called in a to-go order for a grilled chicken salad. Walked over and picked it up. The food was good and the service was fine. Makes a convenient lunch/dinner if your in the area.
I had stopped for the night at Glen Allen (Comfort Suites) and it was snowing pretty hard and the wind chills were in the single digits. I decided to walk from the hotel to get something to eat (I'm a upstate NY person-so cold and wind I'm used to..) I walked to the Texas Roadhouse and they were closed! As...
My wife wanted a burger and we had not been to Red Robin in a while so we decided to go early (5:30 PM) and beat the crowds. Despite the restaurant being half empty, we were told there was a 10 minute wait. When we were finally being seated, the hostess took us to a table in the bar. When...
We usually try to find a more locally owned restaurant when we travel, but we were traveling in a large group with 7 kids, so we decided on Red Robin. I called ahead and told the hostess that we had a party of 13 arriving at 7. She told me that they do not accept reservations, but she would go...
With a menu that keeps everyone from the 7-year-old to the 70-year-old happy, Red Robin always provides what it says. The service was great (especially the front door staff) and the food arrived quickly and the whole order (11 people!) was correct (always a bonus). It is very loud, but that is what you expect, and to be fair I'm...
We only have one close to us. It is located at Patrick Henry Mall in Newport News, VA. I really like the turkey, bacon croissant. Highly recommend!!!
Loving the Banzai Burger always my choice. Superior wait staff. Restaurant is close to a Regal Cinema and the local mall.
The food was good as it is with most Red Robins. The only bad part of the meal with how loud the restaurant was. We eat at places like this all of the time and expect it to be loud but this place was extremely loud. There was a very large group sitting behind us and another part of their...
My husband and I tried to have dinner there tonight 2/10/2013 and were greeted in an odd order. The so called hostess greeted us AFTER several other customers that came in AFTER we arrived and we were standing right in front of this idiot!
We were here on Halloween night after we ran out of candy at 8pm, and our server was AWFUL. Her name was Melisa, and she spent most of her time chatting with fellow staff members, or sitting at the…
So...today's service at red robin was an abomination. The server, Patrick, seemed to be in a daze. He couldn't get any of our order correct. Although the food (mainly the fries) were great and came…
I have eaten at this location a number of times and other locations in the area a few times. I have never had a problem with my order. I have gone with several different people and everyone has enjoyed their meal. When the restaurant is full it does get noisy and the service can be slow, but it is still worth the wait and the meal worth the cost.
Pros
+ Large number of choices
Cons
- Sometimes the service can be slow
Best burgers awesome service DELICIOUS milkshakes!!! =]
best. restaurant. ever.
In ShortWith a bright red color scheme, enormous booths and TVs galore (even in the bathrooms), this loud, lively spot aims to make families feel right at home. The creative menu offers 22 different burgers--from teriyaki-marinated Bansai with grilled pineapple to the 5 Alarm with pepper jack cheese, jalapenos, salsa and chipotle mayo. The burgers are tasty and they have just about every variation and specialty burger and chicken sandwich you could ever dream up. The big steak fries are unlimited servings. Prices are not cheap ($9-10) for burger meals but they are worth it when you really want a good burger. Cute atmosphere. Family friendly.
Pros
+ plenty of seating, good burgers
Cons
- menu is basically limited to burgers
IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR MEAL DON'T SEND IT BACK - ASK FOR A REFUND AND LEAVE!!!\r
I cannot stress this enough. This restuarant would rather make you ill than get your order right. For my meal there were several things that went…
IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR MEAL DON'T SEND IT BACK - ASK FOR A REFUND AND LEAVE!!!
I cannot stress this enough. This restuarant would rather make you ill than get your order right. For my meal there were several things that went wrong. I and three friends went to eat here. Two of our orders were wrong. These seemed like simple enough mistakes, but perhaps the kitchen staff is a bit to sensitive as they made our meal miserable from that point on. The problems: two burgers, well done, one with no mayo. Neither was well done (one cold in the center it was so raw), they both had...
I had never even heard of this place before my son told me about it. When I heard the prices, I was even a little more skeptical. But, when I went in and heard the music, saw the decorations, and saw the food, I was hooked. I tried the Mushroom burger and fries, all you can eat fries by the way. It was well worth the money. Great atmosphere for the whole family, or even a date. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Pros
+ Nice, big servings. Lots of pictures to look at.
Cons
- The music might be a little too loud for some.
Most reviewers would say that the restaurant borders on too loud at times and the prices are a little on the high side. I would say that it is well worth it! The atmosphere is energetic and spirited. It's a family friendly joint with food that is unspeakably good! The service is on point and fun. I recommend it whole heartedly for anyone for any reason! Every menu item they have is indredible, and not to mention the very inverntive very yummy drinks for both kids and adults alike!
