Good food great cheese biscuits

Three of us had calamari and three different seafood entrees. The calamari and the cheese biscuits were the best. All of the entrees were good but not exceptional. The service was OK but it was not exceptional either.

October 1st we gathered at the Red Lobster on Broad St. In Richmond,Va. To celebrate my daighter's 21st birthdsym it was a group of 15. Our experience was not the best in service. It took close to 30 minutes to seat us at an table that was empty the whole time. We were told they were looking for a server for us. We could not figure that out. Also never once did they acknowledge our celebration....

I took my sons out for lunch yesterday at the west broad location. It wasn't crowded at all. I was surprised considering it was a Saturday. I don't remember the waiters name but he was very pleasant and patient. I have no complaints what so ever. Food was hot and delicious. Can't wait to go back.

Our grand-daughter is a big big fan and <3 s Crabfest. She has been eating crab legs at Red Lobster since she was 4 and eating seafood since she was 2 and she's 8 1/2 now. I get Red Lobster gift cards from her............. you guessed it so we can take her there. lol

Horrible wait time to be seated. The staff are unprofessional. The food is bland and seems reheated in the microwave. Definitely frozen food. When you walk in it smells horrible from the nasty lobster tank. Come on managers, do your job. You gotta clean it with bleach on a regular basis. Also, this location is in need of a makeover. It's shabby.

This Red Lobster has always been clean when I've gone to eat. The food is good and served hot and in a timely manner. The staff is curtious and attentive. It would be nice if they would remodel it and make it more modern like the Red Lobster on Laberunm Rd.
