I have to honestly say that coming here is always bittersweet. You get hyped up with all the commercials and dinner menus and then you show up and leave disappointed . The problem is not with...
Good service. I beat the wait by just ordering my meal with the beverages. We already had to wait for a table so why wait longer when we get to a table.Ordered the infamous 4 course meal which...
Are they making things from scratch at this location, they must be. If not, the kitchen staff must be constantly waiting for the next shipment of food to come in off the boat because they are...
Ordered the fish and chips dinner, waitress failed to tell me it did not come with frys unless you ask for them, she then apologized and brought a small plate of burnt tasting frys, that all agreed at my table that the frys were burnt, also the very small one piece of fish was dry and tuff. The biskets and...
Very similar to most of the other chain restaurants like Olive Garden, chills, etc...the food is always "good". The drinks taste good but are weak, the staff is friendly, and the food tastes...
This location has ALWAYS been smelly (smelling like a soiled bathroom). Service is awfully slow. If you want real seafood in the Hampton Roads area, this is CERTAINLY NOT the place to be especially in a seafood area.
I've visited this restaurant on several occasions, and I haven't got tired of it yet. I've been there enough that the wait staff recognizes me and tries to sit me in my favorite location. If it is not too busy, the staff takes a few moments to catch up on what has been going on since my last visit. Small...
The waiter was very slow and failed to check back regularly. The food was horrible. The fish filet was thin and tough. Only had one bite because the tartar sauce tasted like a dull bland medicine. The french fries were almost raw clam strips were tough and tasteless. Fried oysters? Tough and hard. Fried shrimp was the only edible item on...
This Red Lobster Restaurant is in our neighborhood, and my wife and I dine here about once every month or two. The food is consistently very good, along with the service. Most recently, we order lobster artichoke seafood dip as an appetizer and fresh salmon with broccoli on the side for dinner. The dinner came with dinner salads and biscuits....
Had supper there last night with the wife &kids, and our server was excellent. The 2 kids shared the $14 special and our server split their portions into separate bowls. He even gave them different soups as the one does not like bacon. The restaurant was very full and one constantly saw staff cleaning tables with a foaming gel and...
I usually like Red Lobster. This place is in need of a serious makeover. It smells muggy and stale and everything feels sticky. My lunch was a joke. I did order the lunch portion of the flounder, but for $9.50, I expected more than four bites of fish. Tinker bell would still be hungry after eating my lunch. Serious disappointment.
Great hostesses, good food, great atmosphere, timely and pleasant service. One of my favorite places to dine. I recommend Red Lobster Restaurant to everybody. The food is really good. The service was great.
This restaurant needs to be refreshed since feels dirty and sticky at least where we were seated. Great service, very quick, good waitress.
Food poor (Tasted generic and too salty and old and I'm a foodie) still love the cheese biscuits/but I don't go out for just biscuits.
Red Lobster is a standard seafood restaurant. We have always found it to be good quality food and go there often.
The restaurant is dark and dirty. The tables greasy.
The service was awful because the waiter spilled water on an old man and pretended not to notice while our waitress pretty much ignored us the entire time; the food was dried out and took twice as long to get to us with refills never showing, and seemed this way for neighboring guests. Absolutely the worst experience at Red Lobster...
worst service ever, food was subpar, out of their signature biscuits and no cocktail at a sea food resturant seriously,,, if you work for your money dont waste it going there. They charge you for top shelf margaritas when you order the classic and all top shelf have side cars of the liquor and when you tell them you didnt get it they say would you like your dollar back will def. not be...
small portions, no signiture biscuits, no cocktail at a seafood resturant, server charged me for top shelf even though you can tell im a college student when i asked for a margarita. When i tried to talk to the manager she said she made them top shelf drinks and i could have my two dollars if i wanted them. never going there ever again!
Service and food was absolutely amazing, great atmosphere in the restaraunt. Though it was close to quitting time, staff was extremely attentive and very very friendly. I would return and recommend…
We really enjoy the Red Lobster there near Chesapeake Square. Also have nice & friendly people there. Thery are always checking on you while you are there eating.
In ShortLive lobsters wriggle in a tank inside this seafood emporium, where nautical-patterned booths and colorful, fish-shaped tables in the bar area add subdued touches of whimsy to the room's classy dark wood accents. The menu can be downright decadent, with starters of artichoke lobster dip, seafood fondue, and crab-stuffed mushrooms. Entrees feature lighter, grilled fare like mahi-mahi and North Atlantic sea scallops, along with signature lobster dishes, snow crab legs, and jumbo fried shrimp platters.
We had lunch here a couple of weeks ago with my Mom and sister. There were 5 of us and the service was good. The food was good and it was a nice place to sit down and have lunch and coversation.
I've eaten here many, many times and the food is okay, the service is almost always very good, the price is kind of high but overall a good place to eat.
Red Lobster's coconut shrimp, cheesy biscuits, and side salad can't be beat! The sauce that comes with the shrimp is delicious. Service is hit or miss - as is the hostess station. It was freezing in there last time we went, but the waitress did adjust the thermostat for us (and the other patrons, who were also complaining). Overall, a good dining experience.
I love there drinks...non alcohol type! I love the mucho size cups they decorate them so pretty . Also it is so clean inside their restaurant and it is a pleasure everytime i go.
The quality and service used to be great now there's so many other places that are even better
very slow service there and on top of that when we did finally get our food it was so soggy. never go there again
the service is the best of all the local red lobsters. The food is good too.
Good food and great service.
