Don't shop at this store, From the start I received poor service. I went to the store after I got a hot tub that was sold from the store originally. The tub needed a cover so I placed an order. I called Rec Warehouse to get a hot tub installed that I had purchased at costco. I have heard mixed reviews of RW but good things about their installation department. So, I call and the woma who answers says she will connect me, and then hangs up. I called back--it happened again! I have had my spa for over 8 years and have been back to get a pool, pool patio sets and recently went to check on a pool table for a friend. He was told that if he bought a table and used me as a reference we both would get $50 gift certificates. I have been in the store hundreds of times and can only say that I have never been disappointed. I had a problem with delivery ..they worked it out....

the rec warehouse in west palm beach, fl. is not the place to go for a hot tub. The repair service is TERRIBLE!! they say the warranty covers free labor but they will charge you $95.00 for every a drive fee for every time they come out evenb if they have not fixed the problem!! I hav had a problem with my hot tub , it has not been working since May they have come out 8 times now and still...

Open at 12 on Sunday but they never answer their phone. Unsat customer service. Wouldnt recommend to any folks looking for good service. Prices too high as well.

So, my wife counted all the days for our refund. Tracked it from the day we bought our pool. She sent it off and we waited for our refund about 20 days later we get a letter saying that we had not sent it in in the appropriate time frame. Are you kidding me. Man this place is amazing. There is such a large selection. From the time I walked in the door they had everything i had dreamed of. I had done a lot of shopping around and i was very impressed with my salesmans professionalism. Every spa store i went to bad mouthed rec warehouse so i decided to go there. The salesman never badmouthed anyone, and i asked why he didnt. We purchased an above ground poola bout 3 years ago from Rec Warehouse. The sales person was very nice and knowledgable about the different pools. We got what we wanted, REc warhouse installed it, in a timely manner,We saved thousands of dolllars by shopping around and deciding to purchase our pool from Rec warehouse. We return monthly to purchase our supplies, and rafts and floats for the kids.
