After returning home from a hospital stay, I found my car was parked with two flat tires. I needed it fixed quickly, so I'd have transportation to get medication, back to the doctor, etc. I drove straight to Randy's Dunn-Rite location to see if he could fix/replace the tires. As always, he was so helpful and responsive, and did an excellent job repairing and replacing the tires while I waited....

As I have found in the past, Randy's Dunn-Rite Automotive was excellent. Making e appointment, diagnosing the problem, keeping me informed, fair price estimate and that price was indeed the final price, and having the vehicle ready when it was expected have all been great. Great place to have automotive work done in the Burgess area.

Randy always provides great service and is responsive to scheduling needs of a busy family. On a particular intermittent problem in an old car he has tried repeatedly to reproduce the problem and has even called me to see if the latest repair was effective.

Randy was efficient at setting up an appointment, courteous when I forgot about it (!), and helpful about rescheduling. The inspection was done quickly and I authorized him to make some improvements to the vehicle where problems not required by the inspection were found. Very satisfactory experience.

My wife and I will continue to patronize this business.

I was very pleased with my first visit to Randy's Dunn Rite automotive. They went above and beyond the normal effort to locate brakes for my vehicle at a price I could afford.
