Clean and comfortable with a large pool. They look like they are currently going through renovations in the hallways but the rooms are nice.
After leaving for the day we returned to a room that wasn't cleaned, the bed not made and bathroom untouched. This was totally uncalled for and not professional. The room was adequate and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was good but not excellent. No waffle maker or oatmeal.
We dried to stay extra day and didn't hesitate to rebook this hotel.

This is an older motel that has been remodeled. As a consequence, the staff goes out of their way to provide a pleasant experience. There are some quirks, but I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this. Breakfast was excellent - REAL EGGS. Will stay here again.

We booked this at the last minute. We chose this hotel based on the user reviews and the price. A really good deal compared to the other options in the area. I think it might be cheaper because it is about a quarter mile outside the city limit. Good breakfast and clean dining area.
This hotel was very nice for the price. Overall, the room was clean, the breakfast was wonderful, and the service we received was courteous and relaxed. The staff really went out of their way to make sure that our stay was pleasurable. Other than the nearby train that ran throughout the night, I have no complaints. I would stay again and also recommend to my family and friends.

It is a great deal in Williamsburg but found that with a little TLC would have been much better - especially scrubbing the bathroom floors and wanescot which looked like it had been damp mopped at best. The rooms were very clean and the bed linens were comparable to those I have found in very expensive hotels. The bed was very comfortable. For the low price, it is one of the nicest we have stayed in. I have paid much more for much less, especially for a hotel that allowed pets. Thank you and I would stay there again.

There was nothing special about this motel. I didn't appreciate hearing the next door's headboard hitting the wall but otherwise it was decent.
This hotel is a great value. It is located just minutes from everywhere. The room was clean and cozy. The bed was awesome, very comfy. I liked that the hotel provided a desk in the room with chair it was easy to use our computer on. The staff was very friendly. Overall you cant beat this deal.

The location was perfect for shopping at the outlets, dining, etc. and very close to downtown Williamsburg. The room was clean and the king size bed comfortable. There happened to be a rough, noisy crowd staying or visiting at a building behind our motel. If it wasn't for this incident, the stay would have been fine.

Don't waste your money. During check-in, the staff was very rude. The room smelled of dog flea shampoo. There was a stain on the bed trim. It was very clean, looks as though we were in one of the brand new rooms. Very close to all the resturants and the shopping outlet. Was not disappointed at all. However must keep your curtains closed because if your on the bottom floor, someone can park infront of your room & see everything inside. Not what they promise. No bar, No breakfast for both days stay, and the rooms were not what was promised. We were told we would have a living room with a pull out sofa, 2 double beds and a king size bedroom. Had no pull out sofa.
Eventhrough the location of the hotel was great, I was not satisfy with the room. The bed was to soft. General maintainance was not completed. Tub and sink stopper was broken.
