Unbelievably horrible experience. Got 2 kids under 2 clean, dressed & ready for pictures. Drove 2 hours from kill devil hills, NC to Virginia beach for Christmas pictures. Get to the location and it is PACKED. We sit on the floor with a 6 month old and an almost 2 year old for 40 minutes (30 minutes PASSED our appointm...ent time). This is my second horrible experience here. I thought I would give them a second chance and boy was I wrong!! Appointment times are obsolete! We waited a very long time after our set appointment time. I will not be coming back here...EVER!!

Never ever come here!! They over book BIG TIME, had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time and the employees are quite rude!! I got snapped at by replying to a text message on my phone and the photographer assumed I was taking pictures. This is the first and LAST time I will come here!!
