Located on New Kent Highway & Dispatch Rd this Pizza Hut is one of the best I've used. The pizza is always delivered perfectly and the delivery drivers are excellent. I've had deliveries at my home, work and the community pool in my neighborhood. Delivered with a smile always.
Seem to always have an issue , The last 2 times the marina sauce for the breadsticks was like water and they don't heat it. The pizza tends to have issues.
Waited for an hour! And when it finally arrived the Pizza was cold! The wedges were raw and hard! Was disappointed, my advice would be to order from elsewhere, like Dominos in quinton.
We have done the online ordering on 2 or 3 occasions and for the most part no issues. One time we received the wrong wings, otherwise our orders have been on time and accurate.
Love Wendy's but this is the slowest place I've ever been to. They seem very disorganized. Only one person taking orders from one person at the time while the line is getting longer.
We stop by this Wendy's from time to time. It is a new building, so it is still clean. For the most part, service is good and friendly, and food is also usually good. We love the chilli. This is a good alternative to McDonald's (other side of I64), which is sometimes very, very busy.
This is your average fast food joint. Same stuff as all of the other Wendy's, just newer and cleaner than the rest.
