Always on time and if not she always calls in advance and lets me know if she would be late. I feel as though they treat me as family and im greatfull also appreciative. Just had to hang up on the owner of this cab service. According to her my daughter was 15 minutes late. However, after speaking to some of the students that were there with my daughter that was not the case. Before I could get a word in the owner/driver went into a tirade and spoke nonstop. I will not be calling them again. I called Pink expecting to have a woman service being that I am young, petite, and unprotected. I even called them the night before in order to give them an advanced notice that I would be needing their service. I was expecting a woman driver in a pink taxi... NOT at all.
